Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lake Township

Just went there order some food And a thing of tacos. Getting some food for the family. I don’t go to Taco Bell that often I didn’t know All the tacos came in a box. I got home nothing was there returned a second time to pick up the food THEY forgot and ordered a couple others things. Once I left I was checking all of my food and noticed all of my food was not in he bag once again. I called and the manager answered with a terriable additude told me that my food was in the bag and said multiple people said I got my food. I’m outraged this restaurant the management and Service. I didn’t receive my food I have no reason to lie about 15$ of food or the other 5 $ of food I didn’t get. Something needs to be done with the service or management there I don’t appreciate being called a liar by random people or feeling like I’ve got my money stolen from because I didn’t get what I paid for. What happened to the customer is always right. I hope someone is dealt with there because I’m sure I’m not the only person this...

I’ve had multiple orders at this store (both via Uber Eats as well as in the store) and there is only about 2/10 times that it’s actually been correct. They either consistently miss ALL order notes, forget parts of the order (typically the drinks), or the food is sloppily prepared and thrown into bags without any napkins and with around 30 sauce packets that were never requested (as if to make up for their lack of napkins or presentation?).

ALSO, don’t ever even bother calling the store. They either unplug their phones, purposely leave the wrong phone number connected to their page, or simply let you ring until you hear an ungodly dial-up tone screeching in your ear.

They made my food completely wrong. And I had a coupon for a free item (from them screwing up before) well nothing was taken off then I look in my bag and they gave me something I didn't order (plus my order made wrong) when I come back around they do fix my food BUT tell me the coupon I gave them was for a crunchy taco... no it wasn't. It was for any item . The girl shows me the coupon that I supposedly gave her.. but it wasn't mine . So they took my coupon and didn't give me my free item . I just wish they'd make orders correct .
