Tony's Original Phillysteak & Sharks Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Lake Township

By far the worst service I have ever experienced in my 32 years of life. They were not only rude when ordering our food but pretended not to hear a single thing we were saying. After about what took like 30 minutes just to place our order we proceed down to the drive-thru window and guess what? The customer ahead of us started complaining to the employee at the window that he had personally ordered his food over the phone over an hour ago and was really upset that he was lied to and had his time wasted. Clearly someone dropped the ball with this one... so after he waits for what seemed like forever and a day we proceed to the window only to be greeted by the rudest fast food employee I have ever encountered. He was rude from the beginning and I had a bad feeling about this. He proceeds to give us our total which by the way they did not give to us previously when we ordered our food. Mind you, this is one of those drive-thrus that if you’re not at the window and you’re waiting your turn behind a car then you are sh** out of luck as you will not be able to escape the long waits. We pay our money and about 15 minutes pass before the same guy comes to the window to ask us what we had ordered. By this time I was fuming and clearly the guy did not care. Thinking it shouldn’t be more than 5 minutes, we repeat our order and we decide to wait. We were wrong!!! We waited another 15 minutes only to have the guy come to the window and literally says, “What?!” Are you kidding me rn?! I asked where our food was and he said it would be another 30 minutes... at this point I’m praying and asking God to grant me more patience cuz I cannot with this one anymore. I literally told the guy to just give us our money back which he refused at first so I told him give us our money back because we refuse to continue to have our time wasted. Seriously guys, if you like being treated like poop and love to waste your time then by all means please go...

Stopped in this place around 11pm 12-24-2023 right before they closed. Ordered a double turkey burger because they claim that they make theirs fresh and hand made and I had a taste for one. Ordered it with NO CHEESE. with mushroom, mayo, lettuce and onion. Order came up and before you pick it up they grab your receipt from you, not sure why but i asked the guy distributing the food if he was sure it had no cheese and he looked at the ticket on the side of the bag and said yes no cheese. Got it home and it had cheese on it. Called the location and they bind up on me repeatedly I guess because they were closed and it was 11:58pm. finally got through and explained my situation and the guy said no worries bring it back in. Today 12-28-2023 I had a chance to take it back up to the store around 4:30pm. I hand it to the clerk and he was one of those fast talkers, he tried to remake the food and I tell him I am only interested in a refund, he asks me where is my receipt, and I tell him don’t you guys take the receipt when customers pick up their orders. Then he says the best he can do is just refund me for the cost of a double turkey, I told him that won’t do such a thing because the list of items I added was still attached to the side of the bag, receipt or not I need you to refund me for the price of this entire meal my friend. After that he makes a smart remark about bringing the sandwich back days after I purchased it, I guess he didn’t take into account that Christmas they were closed and people have lives. Nonetheless I received my refund before it escalated and I’ll never patronize this...

My first visit here since I was driving thru the area. They had a lot of people coming in ordering various items so I figure the food must be worth the wait. Well that was before I stood there over 30 mins waiting on a call in order. The guy who took the order seemed to be in a hurry & the young lady working the register was rude...no customer service skills at all.... Had me waiting for food that had been cooked, bagged & placed on a rack...right next to another lady's order who was waiting when I first walked in... Once the girl pushed me my order over to me, I checked it or was trying to check it for accuracy but couldn't because the hot sauce that she threw in the bag had a loose top... It spilled all over my WHITE COACH LEATHER SHOES.... I was HOT!!!! I had to yell for napkins bc turned her back to me and all the other 7 customers who were waiting to either place an order or pick up food. I got napkins from the guy who took my order over the phone... He too could care less about good customer service... I had to hurry home which was miles away to work on cleaning my shoes before the stain set in... So yeah... If u want poor customer service, hot sauce spilled on you, and possibly some good food that will take 45mins or longer to get... By all means visit this...
