I have a long list of reasons why I wasn't satisfied. But I also have a compliment to give to one staff member in particular. So please bare with me while I rant. Normally not one to complain but when I see something wrong that makes me unhappy I don't sugar-coat how I feel or don't hesitate to speak up. First person I would like to mention is Evelyn (the front cashier.) Evelyn didn't smile or welcome me to the restaurant. The only thing she did right was come up to the counter right away and ask if I was going to order. I responded in a minute please I am not sure yet. I told her I was ready and when I did order she kept asking anything else. Evelyn had a very mellow robotic tone to her voice. She didnt act as if she cared to be there or to obtain a job. So many people are unemployed that you should hire INSTEAD of her that would not take for granted of having employment. I am one of those people. The little money I do have I decided to spend at your establishment I expect superior results and to be appreciated for doing so. The big mistake she made is touching money and making a transaction then proceeded to make my spicy wrap WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS OR PUTTING GLOVES ON. Then she hands me my order says here "that's everything" in the same robotic voice I spoke of earlier. Doesn't wish me a nice day or thanks for coming to Wendy's nothing! The order was wrong; it wasn't everything at all. The sandwiches were made wrong. Thanks to Evelyn who didn't take my order right. So I don't blame the kitchen staff; I blame her. Evelyn I watched her bagged my nuggets and fries. So she also gave me cold fries and forgot my nuggets. When I brought it to her attention she didn't say anything went to go get me new fries and the nuggets which by the way just tasted like she reheated to them in the oil. Rolled her eyes. I asked for the manager once I was given the food and to my disappointment She didn't seem to care very much EITHER. I told her that she made my spicy without gloves or clean hands. She just kinda says ok and tells the 2 kitchen ladies (one which is name Daniella or Danielle an African American lady who was super nice i think she was your grill person helping make sandwiches but she is who my compliment is going to. But one thing at a time. Other was a nice Hispanic older lady. Don't know her name) to remake it. Continued on with the rush in drive thru. I didn't get an apology or reassurance that the problem would be handled until I was about to leave and she overheard me ask for her name and that I was going to complain on a survey. I told her that Danielle should receive a raise for her outstanding service. A few other things I said I wrote on this survey Now last but not least Danielle or (a). She had excellent service. Once she realized my order was wrong she smiled she was polite she listened. She let me keep the wrong sandwich and made it over again new. She gave me extra sauces because I only got 3 for 14 nuggets. She was extremely helpful and attentive to making sure and correction to my order. I really feel that she should be the manager instead. She understands that the customer is the reason why you have your jobs we pay your paycheck. I worked at Wendy's before for 2 years if I ever did a service like that of the manager and Evelyn I would of been written up and spoken to. I have worked fast food for over 6 years. I know the standard and what quality means the only person who had that today was Danielle. This is the only Wendy's close by otherwise I would go to another Wendy's that's how upset and disappointed I am. I came because of the $1 double stacks and $4 for 4 deal. I don't eat out often I try to save money and cook but today was an exception. Maybe one I should not make anymore there's a burger king walking distance maybe next I will go...

Told her if I could just get something else after spending $30 & she stopped answering went to a manager skinny guy told me he couldn’t help that I had to call customer service or do it on the app asked him nicely if he could help me on how to get my $30 refund on the app & he said he had never touched the Wendy’s app so he had no clue about it which makes no sense as a manager on duty to not know how your own restaurant app works. He should def be removed as a manager it’s insane how you work at Wendy’s & you have never used the app or tried helping out ? Makes no sense .Told him too if I could just get food that was the same as my total & denied & accused me of saying that then it would be for free cause I’m not paying for it when clearly I had just spent $30. Even asked for cash & denied. Told them il give them my card to issue the refund and said they couldn’t help at all that I had to call customer service when the order went through and it makes it seem like I received it when I never got anything In general I did not get my refund back after spending $30 which went through even the order so I assumed they were not sold out . Terrible customer service from both the manager & girl terrible . & unacceptable how you work at Wendy’s & know nothing about the app. Will be calling corporate tomorrow & hope something is done about this nonsense & the way customer service is at this location is terrible , no help is offered & terrible attitude . Read moreI went to Wendy’s on Tuesday I went and sat down with my boyfriend. Everything was going great we where chatting he decided to lay on my lap while I finished eating. A worker told us we needed to leave if we kept doing that which I didn’t find wrong. He sat back down we didn’t touch each other or nothing after that. I was hot so I took my sweater off I tried to fix my shirt as it was falling off and the bow untied. I couldn’t ask my bf for help as they were already complaining. I just decided to put my sweater on again and she kicked us out. We were not doing anything inappropriate or nothing.
