Anyone visiting Wrigley for a cubs games should consider the Brickhouse. I've been everywhere around the stadium, and this place doesn't disappoint. First lets begin with the service and the establishment itself. The servers are very kind, and check up on your table frequently. They correct any issues with your order without complaints, attitude or even eye-rolling from my experiences. I've been here a fair bit. Over 10 times this Cubs season. With the heat however this location does pose some issues. Inside it can be very hot, making it hard to really immerse yourself in the gluttony before you. I've experienced this a few times, but other days it's comfortable in the establishment. This is the back of the restaurant too, furthest away from the open doors and/or open front. Am I wrong? Hot day before or after a game, don't you want to cool off and kick back? It's difficult to eat such heavy and greasy food in the blistering heat. Gives my meat sweats just thinking about it. Other than that, the bathroom on the main floor is a personal bathroom which can be forced open with little effort. I would not use the bathroom for anything besides #1. Go upstairs to that bathroom facility, as someone can't just walk in unannounced in your stall. These might seem like little things, but they do ruin an experience, especially the uncontrolled heat.
Food. Let's talk about their food. I've tried a few things and I must say, if you are hungry this place does a great job with larger portions. One of my favorites is their LOADED POTATO TWISTS. This is a rather large starter, great for sharing with a couple people. The favors be kicking you in the face with every bite. With this being very heavy and greasy, I wouldn't suggest this starter if the place is hot inside. Besides this, the main entrees I'd recommend are the HOT FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH, CHEESEBURGER, FISH TACOS, and their salads if you're trying to get something on the lighter side. Though it's pricey, just add the steak to the salads! Straight fire! In my opinion their are a couple things I would suggest to avoid. First SWEET POTATO TOTS, as they are bland and taste every bit as boring as sweet potatoes do. Even with sauce, still not redeemed. I was given a piece of the BEYOND BURGER. Hard pass. I still don't get this trend. It tastes nothing like a meat burger and it's definitely not healthy for you. Just as many calories as the regular burger which slaps btw! Go with the real deal.
4/5. I will be going back as it's better than most options...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were there yesterday with our 3 kids. The food and atmosphere was okay. The restaurant seemed very slow and had games the kids can play near the bar area. Our kids are 4,5, and 6 and don't always sit in their seats. This was one of the reasons we chose this restaurant and area with the courtyard outside. You would assume naturally, the restaurant manager would be accustomed to children coming from a courtyard, they'd be a bit energetic and want to wonder around the restaurant. Not to mention, the games you provide that cost 4 quarters per play would also keep them out of their seats. Both waiters seem to be fine with this. We ordered several Pizzas and drinks. Right before we requested the check, the bar manager comes from behind the bar and approached us in a very loud tone so other customers could hear as well, "We're about to get busy, you need to keep your kids over here!"'. Very rude and could've handled differently. I realize kids can get noisy and obnoxious...I'm sure she did as well when she was 4. I very embarrassed by this situation, and felt belittled by her approach. We paid the check and left quietly without making a scene, unlike your manager did. I won't be returning there. My hopes is that you retrain your leadership team on how to deal with families with small children and still provide great customer service. We spent over $130 on very mediocre pizza which with no pizza boxes to even take home. You would expect nicer staff in a family oriented restaurant like this. Very...

Brickhouse, a Four Corners Restaurant, is like an elevated sports bar on the inside -- high ceilings, dark industrial accents and LOADS of TVs -- plus a great 2nd floor outdoor patio overlooking the Park at Wrigley, outside of Wrigley Field. But that's not why there are five stars up there. Five stars comes from the breadth and depth of this brunch lineup -- much like the Cubs recent lineups. For $25, you get all you can eat MTO omelets, carving station and gourmet pancakes.. PLUS a fresh and abundant taco bar. PLUS an apps station.. PLUS a giant dessert spread.. PLUS a mac & cheese bar.. and it's ALL delicious.. but it doesn't stop there because included is also A BLOODY MARY AND ACCESS TO THE BLOODY MARY FIXINS AFTER YOUR VODKA IS GONE... or you can just order more. Or upgrade to bottomless mimosas with fresh pressed seasonal juices for $15 more. Oh.. and the coffee and hot chocolate bar is included too. I could sit there from 10am until 3pm eating if I had the ability to eat that much. These guys aren't kidding...
