Two years after becoming a WinTrust member, I had the pleasure of returning to assist a family member from the Philippines in opening an account. I reached out to my original banker, Steph, who informed me he now works at the Wrigleyville branch. Upon visiting, we were warmly greeted by the staff and impressed by the clean, welcoming environment.

I LOVE this bank! I like that it's a home grown local bank and not like Chase Bank or Bank of America. It stays within my banking values. The staff is soooooo kind, friendly, and helpful. I really struggle with understanding financial jargon and lilly and Sharolyn are very informative and explain things to me in a way I really understand. It's a really convenient location right next to Wrigley field but parking is lacking. Also, they do have a bathroom if you ask, it's located in the back of the branch. It's a super clean bathroom and the washroom I used had disinfectant wipes which was awesome. The lobby is cozy and I really enjoy the esthetics. I'd like to start with saying how very professional they are and the staff is beyond accommodating they're always smiling very helpful. Patient and always get the job done.
