Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Lake View Township

We live across the street from this new location and thought we’d give them a try.

We ordered online and were given a time of 6:00 PM when our order would be ready. Arrived at 6 and saw our order, and several others, were listed as “cooking”. We took a seat and waited while at least five other people came in for their orders. Young lady at the front seemed a bit overwhelmed. She disappeared for a while while everybody who came in after us kind of stood around. At this point several orders moved from “cooking” to “Shelf 0 Paid” on the screen. Not quite sure what that meant. Anyway, my name was called around 6:15. Food was okay. My tenders were hot but had no seasoning. Honestly McDonald’s tenders were better. Onion rings were also just okay. My husband liked his fries but he noticed one of his wings still had a feather on it. That was an automatic turnoff. Really made us question the level of quality control at BWs.

It’s mediocre to subpar food and we won’t be rushing back...

Came in last night around 8:30pm to place an order and to come back at 9pm. The customer service was very horrendous and abysmal.

Two of the workers, serving the front counters were extremely rude and so unprofessional. Treated the delivery drivers like utter garbage.

When I got my order, I was missing my two side one carrots and the other celery and my 6 cups of ranch.

The 15 boneless wings were a bit tiny and I got little nugs which were not even full boneless wings. The classic wings were fine but the boneless wings were just so tiny.

I waited 6 minutes at the front counter but everyone was in the back kitchen playing loud ghetto music and we’re too busy talking amongst themselves.

Finally someone did show up and gave me a paper bag with veggies and dips but half of those were blue cheese……. I was so annoyed at this point.

I will not be coming back here and will be filling up with a corporate complaint.

Messy wings, slow service and bad attitudes sum up my recent experience here. I ordered food for pickup, arrived 35 minutes after placing my order and had to wait about 8 mins for someone at the restaurant to hand me my bag. The order was ready and just sitting on the back counter. When I politely said "excuse me" to get their attention, someone from the back aggressively yelled "hang on!" When I eventually got home with the food I realized one of my sauces was incorrect, I had ranch not the blue cheese I requested, and the wings were extremely dry and overcooked. If you are going to charge over $17 for 10 wings, you would at least think they would be cooked properly. Not worth the wait, money or effort when many other places offer better wings at a lesser price. Not...
