This place deserves zero stars. I've had multiple issues with my orders and I give up, I'm done. I'm done with Domino's at this location, and I will hesitate from order from Domino's in the future, period.
The most recent issue happened tonight, when I ordered in person for a medium pan pizza with three toppings (one of the specials). I sat there for twenty minutes trying to be as patient as possible. I finally went up and asked for the status of my order. The employee's eyes widened and asked for my name. I gave it to her, and she went to check. It had not started being prepared. I asked her if 20 minutes is normal for a wait time, and she didn't answer. She didn't even have the grace to apologize or answer my questions. Then I asked for my money back and someone else went to process my refund. I asked this gentleman if twenty minutes was a standard wait time. He responded, "We're busy." He also explained that sometimes the system shows a pizza as being processed when it hasn't started. Cool. So....customers should suck it up, or what? Why isn't the system fixed....or something?
In the past, other orders have not been queued up, I've had the wrong toppings placed, or the chicken tenders were so anemic as to be laughable. I've also placed orders through the app, only to have arrived there and told they didn't receive the order (which is why I had abandoned using the app or even calling ahead. And yet I still went here.)
Why did I keep going, in spite of all of this? I like pizza. But I won't be eating pizza from this...
Read more**Update as of 12/27/2018. Dominos Corporate reached out to rectify the situation I had two weeks ago. Moving from 1 star to 3 stars to show that management still cares enough to chase down negative customer experiences. Thank you Dominos and keep it up.
My wife and I have ordered pizza from this store once a week for the past 3 years. The delivery team has always been excellent. Sadly, today will be the last time we order from this Dominos.
The manager at this store on Saturday night at 9:30 pm is the exact opposite of what embodies Doninos customer service. We received our usual order that we placed on the app and it was missing a sauce and the icing for the cinnamon bread. This has happened once before, and when we called the store, they fixed it.
Not today! Instead the manager began arguing with me about how he could not refund the cinnamon bread because they forgot the icing. As if this wasn’t crazy enough, he tried to explain to me that the cinnamon bread does not come with icing by default and that other people frequently order it with marinara sauce....MARINARA SAUCE!?!? To each there own, but come on now.
Frankly, it’s just disgusting that this manager didn’t see the need to credit me $5 for a simple mixup from a customer that orders the same exact thing weekly. Not only does he not know his menu, but he has 0 customer service...
Read moreMy boyfriend placed an order for delivery. Unfortunately, we didnt see that the delivery closed at 11, when they close at midnight. The order got cancelled automatically, and the coupon for the free pizza he had got invalidated.
When i called to ask about it, i got placed on hold an then transferred to an employee who picked up the phone and just uttered in a rude tone "Thank you for calling dominoes, we closed at 11 today.", and he immediately hung up. No chance to ask any questions, no explanation about the difference in hours. One sentence and click. (Which, them closing at 11 is not true, they close at 12.)
We have a dominoes that is on broadway, relatively close to this one. I have NEVER had issues with that location, but unfortunately because of where we live, we are in this locations delivery zone. I have had nothing but issues here between misinformation, cancelled orders (delivery or not), and 0 customer service skills or even soft skills for that matter. If youre going to go to dominoes, pick the one on broadway. Much...
