This Dunkin' has so many problems that I'm not sure it can all be fixed. My friends and I visited this Dunkin' in the afternoon to get a quick order in. We went through the drive thru thinking it would take no more than a few minutes to get our order. To be specific, we ordered three breakfast sandwiches and two sides. After we ordered, we were told to pull up to the window. The person taking our order repeated our order back at us once we reached the pickup window, we verified it was correct. However, we also heard him verbally relay our order to the cook incorrectly. He comes back to the window, seemingly flustered, telling us that we should come inside instead. It is important to keep in mind that the drive thru exits to the main street and does not circle back to the parking lot so his request was unreasonable. Anyways, we walk into the Dunkin' and see one person waiting for their order. Ten minutes pass and the cook comes out with our order and it is completely wrong. It is not surprising because the man who took the order did not relay it correctly, even the cook admitted that. At the time we were waiting the man who originally took our order asked us what we ordered again and a woman who was clocking out asked us as well, it was unbelievable. We waited several more minutes and by then there were about three more customers inside and they were having some similar problems. One customer who had been waiting longer than us said he ordered off the app and they intentionally gave him the wrong item to replace an item that they no longer sell. Additionally, they did not tell him this until he had the bag in hand. He also said the only reason he was still waiting was because they had forgotten to give him a donut that was literally in the case. I estimated he was waiting for over 30 minutes because we were waiting at least 25 minutes. The saddest part is that we never got our order, we had to go because we felt certain that they would get our order wrong again and we had plans. We informed a woman working there that we were leaving (we did not pay) and they nodded. Not sure if they informed the cook or man that took our order. To add onto the whole experience, the renovations to this place have been going on for almost a year and as we were pulling through the drive thru a man working on the building said he just picked up NAILS in the drive thru. He didn't pick up all of them and I think he knew that because the next day my friend had a nail in her tire causing it to be completely to be flat. AVOID THE ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a large ice coffee and wanted to use a free reward I was told to scan the regular pay QR which on that card I had $0.44 so 44¢ went through and then I tried to use the free reward and it wouldn’t work so they push the order through, took my 44¢ and told me there was nothing they could do and I had to leave! Up until today, they've been making my drink perfectly without ice, but today they decided to give me a drink that was mostly foam? I didn't drink any of this because I could tell when she handed it to me that it was mostly air. Looks like I was right. I've been searching for a Dunkin that would make my drink without ice and actually fill it. I thought I'd found the place, but apparently, I was wrong. Word of advice to the business: If filling drinks without ice stresses you out so much, charge extra. I'd gladly pay a little more to get what I want, rather than being 'tricked' with a drink that's 1/3 foam. I won't be back. I'm going to start looking at Starbucks instead since apparently no Dunkin in the city knows how to make drinks...
