I hope my visit was the exception. I asked for my receipt and the guy said he already gave it to me. I looked on my donut box and he said I already put it in my pocket. I said "no I didn't" but looked in my pockets anyway. No receipt. Again he said he already gave it to me and I put it in my pocket. The lady working there heard our conversation, and came over with a new roll of paper for the printer. He then printed my receipt. Omg i've been coming to this store for 20 years And they have a new management that is lazy that wants to stand at register take the orders and ring up and not make any order. There was a Hispanic manager before that work with his employees and not just stand at the register. If they don't change the manager at this store, they’re gonna lose business because she doesn't know how to smile and be polite.
