Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake View Township

Great service, above and beyond expectations. What started off as a bad experience, turned around completely. I placed an online order around 10pm, received a confirmation page with I believe a 90 min ETA, and continued on with my night. About 40 minutes later, I checked my email to see what the ETA was for my pizza and saw an "Order Failure Notice" and it told me to call the store. I called the store and they jumped on it immediately, apologized for the issue, asked what I had ordered and said they would get it to me right away. About 10 minutes later the manager called me and said that the system was down and apologized for the issue. He said that even though my credit card had been charged, that charge would go away the next day, but they would deliver my pizza free of charge for the inconvenience. They just asked me to tip the driver. My pizza arrived to my door about 15 minutes later putting the total time it took at around an hour which was less than the 90 minutes originally given.

Above and beyond expectations from Jet's. I honestly was not expecting it and did not believe them when they said the charge would be removed but I checked my card this morning and it is no longer there. Great service and oh yea, great pizza...

First time trying jets Detroit style pizza with bold pepperoni’s and boy let me tell you… I fell in love 🍕 😍 where have you been all my life? I’m glad ur in Chicago the Ashland location is the best, pizza was hot and fresh and pepperoni’s were perfectly crisp love me a good crisp on da pep all was made to perfection ingredients used on this masterpiece has to made with best ingredients I didn’t feel nasty like if I were to eat a Pizza Hut or a lil Cesar’s Detroit style thank you team at Ashland store and thank you jets pizza for making my jets pizza experience authentic

P.s. give jets a try you won’t regret it I was skeptical at first I was thinking to myself oh boy here we go another lil Caesar’s or Pizza Hut but I took a chance and now Im fixed jets pizza is nothing like those cheap quick fix fast pizza joints like lil Cesar’s or Pizza Hut they’re authentic granted Chicago square will always be near n’ dear to my heart but I’m happy to say I can put jets Detroit...

Total fail. Didn't even have the pizza in the oven when I arrived to pick it up. To be fair, it was Super Bowl Sunday, which can be pretty hectic, but I gave them extra time and they were still waaaaay behind.

This came after I called early to preorder, but was told they weren't doing those, but I was told as log as I gave them a half hour they would be ready for me to pick it up. I called them later and gave them 45 minutes, but when I arrived I was told it would be at least half an hour before my pizza was ready. I wound up canceling.

FWIW I grew up in Detroit and I like Detroit style pizza, and the Jets chain generally does a decent job with it. But round or square, when I order a pizza I like to get a pizza instead...
