Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake View Township

DONT GO HERE - YOU'LL WASTE YOUR TIME! Horrible service. The employees here just do whatever they want - I'll come in on a Friday night at 9pm and try to order something and they'll just say "we're closed" even though they're open till 12am. And I'll try again a few days later, and they'll just say "our oven isn't working right now", then try again a couple weeks later and try to get a few slices of pizza and they'll just tell me "we don't have any slices right now"

I've been trying to order pizza from this place for months now, and every single time I come here no matter what time, they always refuse to serve me, and they always say they're closed whenever they want. This usually happens when the Indian people are working here, for some reason they just do whatever they want and say they're closed whenever they want even 2 hours before they're even supposed to be closed, and lie and say their oven is broken, don't have any slices, etc. I literally can see through the window and see the kitchen and see that they have several slices of pizza on the counter, yet the Indian guy lies to me and says they don't have it.

I'm so sick of this place. I have always been polite and friendly to the staff, never been rude, yet I get treated like this.

Keep this in mind the next time you feel like going to this Jet's pizza location, especially if its after 6pm and the Indian people are working here, they seem to not wanna make pizzas or serve anyone during the evening hours, I have no idea why. It doesn't even matter what day of the week it is either.

It's very insulting to see someone walk out with a small box eating a slice of pizza, only for me to walk in right after the previous customer, and try to order a few slices too, and then get told "we don't have slices" "our oven is broken" "we're closed"

If you're planning on coming here, I would HIGHLY recommend making the extra effort to just drive to a different Jet's location, or go to a different pizza restuarant. Don't waste your time dealing with these rude employees. I have complained numerous times to corporate, and I never get any response & nothing happens.

I haven't been able to order here since fall of 2023, ever since these new Indian guys started working here I have never been able to order ever since.

Don't take a 10-30 min drive to this location and gamble on whether or not the staff will be in the mood to serve you or refuse you

Do yourself a favor and take an extra 10 minutes, and drive to the Jets in Skokie off Dempster, or just head further south on Clark to the other Jets in Winnemac. That way you'll atleast be guaranteed to get the order you want, and not waste your...

So literally all my reviews are great on Google, but this one really got me upset . Called to see where my food was at and it was delayed an hour and a half which is fine but then come to find out the delivery driver just left the food on the floor outside. The delivery driver buzzed up, but literally didn’t take it to the lobby. They just left it on the ground because he was in a rush. I’ve had decent experiences at this place but this one really got me sad especially because I’m paying $50 for a pizza. not to mention the pizza was super cold. Such great pizza, it's a shame their website is so terrible it doesn't allow you to place a delivery order. Literally 90 percent of addresses in Chicago have an apartment number after the address, but I get an error message without the opportunity to simply add my apartment number to the address. They are literally turning away business.

In 2025, this is simply baffling that a company can remain in business with such poor technology.

I love their pizza, and would order it online if only it were possible. I live 10 blocks away, and on a cold day choose other options for delivery because their website can't add apartment numbers to Chicago...
