Listen, I've been in the restaurant industry for a long time, doing everything from bussing tables to being a manager. I know what its like to stand there and answer the phone and pack orders all day. During the pandemic it was the only way I paid my bills. All that said...

The food is good, but the woman who works the counter makes me want to never go back again. When I order for myself and go to pick it up, I'll TIP. Sometimes I'll even tip to the amount you would if it was an actual sit down restaurant! My order is simple and I don't make any modifications. I don't linger when I order, I say thank you, and I tip to show gratitude. Basically, I'm the customer I always loved when I was doing the same job in 2020.

This woman has seen me multiple times and today decided to basically scoff at me when I walked in. Literally, forget it! I'm never coming back. I'll go somewhere farther where I'm sure they'll appreciate that I put some effort in to show that you deserve a little extra money. If you aren't even going to be nice to the customers who try to make your day a little better than you don't deserve customers period. You just don't want to do business at all.

Save your money, go somewhere else where whoever is packing your order will appreciate your money if you decide to be generous. PS:...

The lady working the counter today May,31st 2024 at 3:09 PM was extremely rude. Every time she would respond to what we would like to order she was rude and she was very short with us. she wasn’t welcoming at all and she clearly lacks in costumer service. She sits in a chair behind the counter just eating food and watching t.v. When we got our food she gave us our bag, said have a nice day bluntly without eye contact and sat down. I checked my bag for the waters we ordered and all she said was oh and got us the waters that we order…that she would’ve forgotten if we didn’t ask. They also try to tape up all of the prices on the board. The food is over priced and its an inconvenience that you have to buy things separately instead of asking for a side. Call in for my order to pick my order up at 2pm that's when my 30 min break start but food was not ready but the next door restaurant personnel got they order then another gentleman come on and his order was ready the lady ask me did I say 2 or 2:30 which let's me know you know what time I said and the website menu and the in-store menu different the lunch special supposed to come with a pop now all of a sudden it don't buy that's not what the website say and customer service is trash there she pick and choose who to be nice to and I see it's only with regular customers terrible customer service all...
