I have been a regular customer for years as well us my other 5 siblings and we was always happy with their customer service and food till recently ,im not a complainer I don't nip pick unless really given a reason too.i have never ever been disrespected and disappointed with my own money the way I was with the so called "general manager "of this store .she is very rude ,arrogant ,unprofessional.they hang the phone put you on hold for several min,they ridiculously increased the price of their sandwich they charge for dipping sauce $1:50. The general manager is fillity rude she said to me " I trust my employs and just coz you are a customer it dont mean you God " well ms manager you won't get my business as well as my sibling that 6 people you just lost, no more!!!and if you don't have respect for people who been loyal customers for years you ain't worth my money, remember No customer no business I give sarpinos 0 Star .and I will tell everybody I know...

Horrible customer service. Ordered a pizza, wings, and added a coupon for a free cheesy bread thru their online service "slice". When the food arrived there was no free cheesy bread, a mini pizza (I ordered what said "medium") and the smallest wings I've ever seen and they were burnt and black! I called and talked to a very rude male and after waiting forever I finally got on with a manager. She was super rude and basically said "it's not our fault the website didn't add the coupon!". So it's mine? After arguing with her about how it's not right and that I just spent $30 on a mini pizza and burnt to a crisp wings, she offered to resend the wings "not well done", nothing about the cheesy bread. Finally she said she would resend the order and have it right out. This was at 12:45 and the way the conversation ended, I doubted I would see any new order. At 2:20 the driver tried to deliver wings. Unreal. Worst customer...
