This stores management team has failed for years. We have seen 4 store managers in 2 years time. The staff have openly told us and customers before and after us they hate working there. We rarely see leadership presence on their floor and are often harassed by the man selling street wise outside. He often asks us to buy him a drink or sandwich and management takes no action to remove him. He has been there for years. Overall there is no reason to support this store anymore as they have failed the customer base for years now. There is better quality coffee down the street at the stumptown inside the Amazon bookstore. I should mention that if you go to this starbucks during high volume times be ready for a crazy annoying traffic jam of people and strollers at their hand off plane as the construction of the store is so poor that they have caused a choke point at the edge of their bar where the line for the hand off cue is and the line to get an order taken starts. Not family friendly. Bad customer service. Hard for strollers and bad quality coffee. Why does the majority of America support...

Ummmm... may be good for the team to place them out of reach in that case and be more proactive in placing the sticks when serving to go orders. Too bad apps don't provide a way to tell when ill-tempered employees are on shift as I'd avoid her. Lol. Everyone else has...

I can’t give it higher than two stars until they fix the trash can problem. After the remodel, there’s one trash can on the north interior. Not going to work for a heavily trafficked Starbucks with a pair of patios.
This problem also contributes (along with the very popular Jeni’s) to the overloaded can in front of the west Southport Brown Line stop exit.
Granted, this problem is shared with the alderman (of which, the alderman has the lion’s share of the problem) - there needs to be another can added to the west Brown Line exit.
Kindly help keep our...
