Place wasn't too busy as we had 1 vehicle in front of us in the late afternoon. Ordered a happy meal for my daughter. Then ordered a butter milk crispy chicken sandwich meal large and asked if it came with leaf lettuce which they assured me it did along with tomatoes and mayo, and that's exactly what I wanted. My husband wanted the 2 cheese burger meal large with a side of a butter milk crispy chicken sandwich as well and that completed our order. We got to the 2nd window to receive our food and I realized on the the drinks were a medium. And then did a double take on the fry size which were also medium. I told the woman working there.. And handed her the receipt and she said well you paid for a medium but I told her that's not what I had ordered. Instead of telling me shed fix it... she just sat there with a "nothing I can do" face. So I just drove off..
We got home the fries were nice and crisp. Still hot and you know they were fresh. So no problem there... My problem is one of the chicken sandwiches were bare With nothing on it. No mayo tomatoes or lettuce.

Dear McDonald’s Corporate Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I recently experienced at one of your locations. I waited an unreasonably long time in line, and the overall customer service was completely unacceptable.
Despite McDonald’s reputation for fast service, this visit was anything but. The staff appeared disorganized, inattentive, and lacked any sense of urgency. There was no communication, no apology, and no explanation for the delay—just an indifferent attitude toward customers who had been waiting far too long.
This is not what I expect from a global brand known for consistency and efficiency. As a paying customer, my time is valuable, and this experience showed a complete disregard for that. I’m disappointed, frustrated, and seriously reconsidering whether I will return.
I urge you to look into this matter and ensure that proper training and accountability are enforced at this location. Customers should never have to endure this kind of treatment.

Read moreI want to tell everyone my experience at this specific McDonald’s. With the exception of lunchtime when it is busy as hell here (that is a good thing), The Customer Service is amazing. Beyond exceptional. I have gone to many different McDonald’s locations and this specific one off of US 27 has been the best one I have ever gone to. The food has always been hot and fresh And I don’t request it that way, The staff and managers always tell me hello or greet me in some way, And the members of this Location seem to know who I am and acknowledge me since I come here frequently. I genuinely appreciate the positive atmosphere here and I cannot say anything negative about this place. To whomever reads these reviews , know that you all have earned 5 stars from me and have been consistent with delivering hot fast food and excellent customer service.
