McDonald's Management I’m making This Review since you have decided to hang up on my face to further discuss this the incident that occurred at your location at 2501 N Dixie Hwy, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460 in March 2024 While visiting your restaurant, I encountered a hazardous oil spill on the ground, which caused me to fall off my motorcycle and slide across the ground which damaged my bike
Immediately following the incident I attempted to contact management and requested access to surveillance footage capturing the event. Despite repeated follow-ups over the course of more than a year I have been given false contact information received no meaningful assistance, and have been continuously delayed. It is now evident that your store has either lost, destroyed or wrongfully withheld critical evidence related to my fall. Under Florida premises liability law, businesses owe a duty of care to customers to maintain safe conditions. Your store’s negligence in maintaining the premises and handling this incident has caused me harm and inconvenience. Additionally your failure to preserve or produce video evidence could be considered spoliation of evidence for which courts can impose sanctions or adverse inferences. I am demanding the following: A formal acknowledgment of the incident An explanation regarding the missing surveillance footage A fair monetary settlement to resolve this matter without further legal action. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 10 business days of the date of this being posted I will proceed with filing a lawsuit in Palm Beach Count seeking appropriate damages, including compensation for emotional distress inconvenience and any legal costs incurred. Please consider this a final warning to resolve this matter amicably.

Read moreI order through the McDonald's App because it limits my interaction with the gross incompetence that is inherent in this store. Today the app failed me and only proved to me that the gross incompetence is still well and good at this store. The McDonald's App apparently did not take my payment. When my husband went to pick up my order they said there was a communication error. The app never told me there was an error in my payment. My husband got out of line so that he could call me and confirm payment wasn't pending. I checked the credit card and there was no pending payment, I also checked the app and the app never updated to tell me there was a problem with my payment or that I would have to pay in the store. But confident we weren't going to be double charged, my husband returned to the line to pay for my order. This McDonalds then told him he needed to reorder - well my original order used deals from the app - deals that are not available in store. This McDonalds charged us an extra $8 because of their gross negligence in handling our order.
I hate this McDonald's with a fiery passion. If I have to go in to correct another order I might be arrested as i throw it back in...
Read moreHorrible experience there. Somebody gave me an archcard and I really didnt know how much was on it. I ordered a QP w/o cheese and a small drink. When I went to pay it came out to be more than was on the card so I offered to pay the additional amount in cash and so the kid (no name tag) completely voided the order rendering the card useless .(apparently it take 2-3 business days for McD's to return the money to the card) The shift boss cane over and the two of them spoke only spanish in front of me and then proceeded to give me a sandwhich. I opened the box and it wasn't the QP I ordered but a BigMac. If he had rung up the order correctly theee was enough money on the card. The Mgr came over and basically said too bad so sad "I'm sorry you dont have enough money to buy food today" i felt humiliated and asked for the corp phone number and he gave me the stores number. I did get the corp number and left a message. Never got a courtesy call. Unless you speak spanish fluently...avoid...
