Arby's — Restaurant in Lakeland

I wanted to share my experience on Tuesday 12/03/2024 The team that was working that day were awesome. From the time I came into the door to order my food. Customer service was Great! The food was hot and fresh... The team that works there seem like a very well put together team. They were laughing, while working... Which got me in good spirits .I opted to dine in instead of taking it to go because of the atmosphere. Shout out to the manager Leroy. Thank you for making a great team... It was a memorable visit. I'll be back soon. Ok, I've been back to Arby's again on 5/ 8/2025 as always they didn't disappoint. I don't understand the bad reviews. I've always received great service and fresh food. They always treat me kindly, especially Nisha, she remembers me and greets me with a smile. I have to share because, I really think they don't get the credit they deserve. I stopped in at 8:30pm and there was no other customers (this should of been a sign). I waited at the counter for a few minutes and finally an employee who was leaning on the trash can who looked like he was either stoned, half asleep, or both said, "somebody will be at the counter in a minute". Finally a guy comes out and I order a coupon special "to go" of two regular roast beef with two medium fries and two drinks (I told him I only wanted one of the drinks). It did not take long and he handed me my greasy bag of food and a cup for my drink to fill myself from the fountain. I got home and opened the bag which had not been smelling to good on the ride home, the fries were a mix of the two different kinds crinkle and spiral and were overcooked, greasy and stone cold. I usually try to stay away from giving bad reviews. Especially about a place I absolutely love and visit frequently. We have moved so coming to Arby's is really out of the way for us now. But to get to the point my husband has stopped twice in the past month and placed a fairly large order. So the food was great. But both times I've ordered a Lemonade light ice. That's what I get. But I don't know if you've changed your supplier or what. But both times the lemonade has been little more than water. No lemon taste at all. The first time I thought something hadn't been changed in the machine. Easy mistake. But now it's twice in a row. I have to say it is absolutely awful. Please check your machines or go back to the other kind you used to serve. I really love your food but the lemonade has...
