Burger King — Restaurant in Lakeland

I haven’t visited a Burger King in quite some time and now I quickly realize why I don’t visit Burger King very often. First of all when you go through the drive up window to pay it’s kind of like you’re looking into the back room where everybody just hangs out there was a guy Sitting down with his feet up on the desk looking at his phone couldn’t tell if he was a manager or not. Another guy walking around drinking an energy drink, just completely unprofessional looking. When I go to the second window to get my food, the woman asked me if I wanted zesty sauce for my onion rings and I said no, but I’ll take some ketchup instead. Of course when I i’m ready to eat and I opened the bag there’s zesty sauce and no ketchup whatsoever! I guess she has a five second memory retention span. And last but not least I start eating the whopper and I’m kind of noticing that I don’t taste that open flame grilled burger taste that they’re so famous for. when I opened the burger, I see this dull gray piece of meat with no familiar grill marks on it, and needless to say I threw the rest of it in the garbage!! Won’t be having any Burger King cravings for...

It's Dingy. And no one knows what they're doing. I put an order in through the app for the Tmobile promotion. Of course, the Bk closest to me didn't accept mobile orders, so I went chose this location. Mistake. After waiting 10 minutes through drive though I was told I couldn't pick up mobile order through drive though and I had to go inside. Now I understand if you do not know how to do something but don't project that onto customers by saying customers CANT pick up mobile orders through drive through. If that was the case it wouldn't be an option in the App. Once inside, the manager was seen trying to help (unsuccessfully) but her staff was just inexperienced and she was short staffed. The cashier told me he had no idea how to process mobile orders. I had to sternly tell him what my order numbers were and to figure it out. He did but my goodness!! Never again. Now the staffers were all older (boomer ages) so you can tell no one knew what they are were doing. I wouldn't...

I went and got two meals the manager was a heavy set white lady when I put in my order I told her I want lemonade and Dr. pepper so when I got to the window she was really rude and was completely ignoring me when I was trying to tell her to read back my order so when I asked her the 1st time what she game me to drink she said I just gave you coke I said I didn’t ask for coke I asked for lemonade and Dr Pepper she went and made the lemonade and handed me another cup I said what is this drink she said Dr Pepper and asked us to pull around my husband was drinking it started throwing up he always do that on coke and he spit it out and said she handed us one of those coke cups she had already made so when I went back in the inside and asked her why would she lie like that knowing she didn’t even make a Dr Pepper she caught a attitude with me and walked off while I was talking to her I just feel like she was really rude and basically gave me a drink she...
