BEST VAPE STORE EVER: READ WHY...This is my new favorite Vape store. We pulled up on the motorcycle to fun little building all on its own. Its like a little house with a shade tree out front, but as you approach you see the decor and know that it's the right place. You walk in to a lounge area, through to a vape bar with literally wall to wall product. My favorite Finest brand was in stock and Ryan, at the counter, was extremely helpful in suggesting a new flavor. (They didn't have the Tiramisu. ) I love this creme de la creme flavor! My husband needed a new coil and they didn't have the exact one, so Ryan took the time to check out another one he thought would work. It did! And we bought 3! Perfect! Ryan was so welcoming and signed us up for the rewards program. He even checked my husband's I.D. which is a compliment since we are 40ish... :) Ryan gave us an extra 10% off the 2 juices we bought. And helped my husband set up the tank with the new juice. Making sure that it worked and we were satisfied before we left. We had a great experience and promised that we would return. And we meant that... immediately after we walked out, my husband dropped his vape smashing the glass! We went back in to see if they could replace it and there was no glass that would fit at that location. So he offered it to us with a discount if we wanted to pick it up at the other location. Wow! He was so nice and helpful. But it doesn't end there! My husband cut his finger in the process and Ryan was more than helpful! Grabbing the first aid kit and even stepping in with all courtesy, assisting in getting bandaids and first aid cream and even a glove (since we were on the motorcycle. ) Ryan totally "mommed" the situation! In the best way. He was so kind (as was his adorable & sweet wife who came out to assist, too) It could have been so awkward, but this couple was so professional, courteous and geuinely kind! I want to give them 10 stars: the atmosphere is inviting and fun. Inventory is full and varied. Staff is extremely knowledgeable of their product. And I don't think I can imagine better service! They're knowledgeable and suggest different products yet stick to ur likings as well. I'm extremely pleased from day one. So now I've been coming here 4 quite a few months and the new lounge is working out so much.. Read moreHave had great experiences since Monday. I had bought a mod for Xmas for my husband on December 13th the mod ended up breaking the magnets in voopoo mod came out and now he can even use it. The receipt got lost but have the transaction from my bank to confirm the purchase and I work with the same associate all the time. I only wanted to exchange since my husband is trying to stop smoking but they will not exchange and I have been a great customer but now I will have to take my business somewhere else. I had a similar problem with a vape mod over a month ago which had a battery defect and they were more than happy to exchange without a receipt and now this is the 2nd mod purchase from them with a defect and they won’t exchange even for a cheaper mod and I take the loss.
