We use your treats for special moments, but recently at your Lakeland location, I received cupcakes that were not fresh, likely a day or two too old. While the manager addressed the issue, regular oversight is needed to maintain the quality your customers expect. Their shop is always clean, and the selection of flavors is insanely awesome. It's my favorite place to go for something sweet. Their cupcakes are divine. Strawberry is my favorite. My boyfriend, our daughter, and I have tried every flavor. They are all delicious. The icing is thick and creamy. The cake itself is perfection. I had a great experience last weekend with the nice young lady who pulled my selections and checked me out. The oatmeal cream cookie sandwiches were falling apart and SO good, the gooey cookies (while very sweet) were indulgent and flavorful, and we were just impressed overall.
