This was the worst experience EVER! I just stopped by to buy my family and I our evening drinks. there were 3 associates in the store, none greeted me or even bothered to take my order. I was the only one there standing in line with my 3 kids and my husband at 6:30pm on 12/28/2021. finally I asked one of them if they could help me and one of them turned around and said: ”sure, shortly” after 5 minutes the person took my order. I ordered a Quad espresso with Vanilla sweet cream foam, trenta passion tea lemonade, a trenta peach tea Lemomande and two cake pops. 10 minutes go by and I am still waiting on my drinks and pops ( I am still the only customer in the store). The associate informs me that they don’t have lemonade. Keep in mind there are boxes full of lemonade right in front of me. Furthermore the associate tells me that they can’t make the passion tea beacuse they can’t brew anymore tea. I asked her why and she said that they closed at 9pm… it was 6:30pm!!!! She said that they can’t waste tea. I asked her to ask her manager if they could make an exception. The manager didn’t even come out, the same associate says “yeah- no we can’t”.
I shop at Starbucks EVERY DAY, This was a first for me. It was very disappointing to get this type of service.
I am a loyal Starbucks drinker, client and customer. I have been a fan of this coffee for 20 years. I always find myself coming back for the great coffee and great service. Today I was really let down!!
I really hope this is address and fixed, people like this should work in...
Read moreI work nearby at a clinic and mobile order at Starbucks every day, and at this location frequently — I’m always kind, cordial and quick through the drive thru. I was also a Starbucks barista for 5 years in a past life. On this day, I already got my coffee + breakfast in the morning. I swung through on my lunch break to just get a cup of water, and it was taking the girl at the drive-thru window a long while to give me the water. I didn’t think anything of it until it looked like she waved over another barista to come give me the water. This gentleman opens the window tells me that “starting Monday, we won’t be giving out water. You have to be a PAYING CUSTOMER.” It was the last line that got me… I didn’t say anything in response but I felt really off about the “paying customer” comment. I feel like I sensed some passive aggression in his tone, I don’t know. It just know it felt unwelcoming and presumptuous… especially with how much I spend at Starbucks. And finally, in all my years of working there, with all the penny-pinching I watched the company do, I’d never heard of them being stingey with water cups. If that’s really a new rule, I won’t be returning to Starbucks at all. It’s too expensive to gatekeep water for...

Gnat infestation and who knows what else.
Came in for a coffee and croissant and decided to sit inside for 15 minutes and write an email for work. I sat in the rear where there were curved padded bench seats and table. I noticed a few gnats. I shifted my weight back on the seat back and all of a sudden a plume of gnats engulfed me. I was disgusted. I hastily moved to the front of the dining area and noticed a persistent gnat infestation in that area too. This was intolerable and disgusting. I had to leave.
I spoke to the manager and she said that they were working on the problem. Her demeanor suggested indifference. I told her that my business with them would be over.
The managers reply made me realize that the problem was known and they continued to operate regardless. If they have an infestation of gnats and tolerate it who know what other cleanliness issues this location has. A health inspector should visit.
The baristas were nice. The only charm of this location is the nice brick building. Most people use the drive thru. If only they knew what was...
