first time there and ordered a chicken Parm sub with roasted peppers. so letâs start with the build of the sub they use the toasted ciabatta bread, which I wasnât sure about, but turned out to be quite delicious. It was toasted perfectly a little more on the bottom, which helped hold the sandwich together it had sauce on it, but not too hard. It wasn't too crunchy to eat or anything. It was lightly toasted on top. Had just the right amount of sauce on it. Not too wet, not too dry. It made eating it very clean without making a huge mess. The sauce was great and never roasted peppers added a depth of flavor. The cheese was excellent. Everything about the sandwich shows that they put thought and time into it. The chicken was sliced thin or pounded out to make it fairly even throughout. It was filling and definitely worth the 13 bucks I paid. I guess they have been open for two years. I wish I wouldâve been there sooner. Their hours are limited, but if we all go, hopefully theyâll increase their hours at some point. this is what other sandwich shops should inspire to be. A rating of highly...
Read moreGreat food with an even better owner. Came here with my family and ordered the caprese sandwich but what I meant to order was the pro caprese. I started eating and realized there was no meat on it. I took it in asking if they forgot it and told me I ordered the one without meat. I asked for a portion of prosciutto to be put on and I was charged $4.50 when the cost difference between the two sandwiches was only $0.75. I shrugged it off as whatever. The owner the came out and gave us two free cookies for the issue. She didn't have to do that. And to add to it I went back in for a to go box and she told me she had refunded the $4.50 as well. I felt appreciated as a customer which was very nice and makes me want to come back....

Tender fowl, breaded with care, enrobed in a crimson marinara, betwixt toasted bread, a symphony of flavors that doth transport the senses to celestial realms. And lo, word hast reached mine ears of the meatball Parmigian Sub, a new chapter in this epicurean tale. Pray tell, are the meatballs imbued with a fiery spirit? Aye, a blend of spices doth grace these orbs, igniting the tongue with a gentle flame. Jessie's, thy artistry in sandwiches hath captured mine heart, and I shall return with...
