Ordered delivery today as my husband specifically wanted Marco’s for his birthday lunch. We ordered two pizzas, both with all the crust toppings, a salad, 2 different dressings, and 3 dipping sauces. The order arrived with no dressings, minimal crust toppings, and missing the dipping sauces. When I called, shared what was missing, and requested for the delivery driver to at least bring the sauces and dressings, I was told no driver was available and the best they could do was for me to come to the store to pick it up (which was not possible at that time) and a $10 credit. In the process of my asking how long that will take for it to be credited to my account and what information they needed, I was hung up on. I called back and the same person answered the phone, I requested to speak to a manager, and the person informed me they were the manager. I inquired why they hung up on me and he said he didn’t know I was still speaking and what did I need. I still don’t have an answer to my question, I have no credits showing up in my account, and since the “manager” didn’t bother to even ask my last name I doubt I’ll ever receive it. Read moreI normally don’t come here but got a free pizza coupon so I decided to try it out. When I got there they said someone with the same order and name just came and took my order and they gave my order away. Weird bc then there would be two orders but anyways he said he would have to remake my order. So I was on lunch break at work so in a rush but not much I could do so I gave Eric (the person who was helping me) my coupon and he handed me back half of it bc it had other coupons on it. I said no thanks that I didn’t need it at which he replied oh I see you’re too good for coupons. Well Eric I am using one right now so obviously not. At which point he said oh I see you only want the free stuff. Even though I ordered a salad as well with my free pizza that they gave me a coupon for. I don’t really understand how you can screw up and give someone’s order away and instead of being nice and apologize you make stupid rude remarks to the customer. Read moreAlthough I love the hot honey pizza I must speak out on behalf of DoorDash drivers because apparently the Marcos delivery drivers are allowed to deliver the DoorDash orders without updating the DoorDash platform which is unfair to the drivers who are attempting to provide a service to the business and make a living for their families; if you do not want dashers to complete your orders please update the DoorDash platform or don’t use it at all; even if this was a mistake if the situation had been explained in a calm and professional manner I would not have gone out of my way to give a one star review on behalf of another but their situation has impacted the way I view the company so although no one may read this I would hope somehow in some way the employees at this location can learn to be kinder and more empathetic to others I no longer feel comfortable ordering here knowing there is someone working there that is going out of their way to make the lives of others...
