By far the worst tropical smoothie CafĂ© location I have been to. This is the second time in a week and a half span that I have walked in after placing an online order, not been greeted at all and stood in the store for 30+ minutes waiting for something that I ordered online. I walk in and the store is busy, but I was never greeted until the entire store was cleared out. I was then asked if I was waiting for an online order or if I needed to place an order, which is absolutely crazy because the 15 to 20 other people in the store were served, got their smoothies and most had left by the time I was asked a single question. After waiting 30 minutes One of the two smoothies came out and the açai bowl. I was then asked if I was waiting for anything else, and I replied the last smoothie for my order. An additional 10 minutes went by and I had still not received my smoothie but was handed the wrong one. At this point, I just asked for a refund and didnât even care about the smoothie. It took another 10 minutes to get a refund and a receipt. Icing on the cake you'd think theyâd at least make the smoothies an apology but didnât. I get you guys are busy, but the customer service is piss poor at best. Literally pulled in the parking lot at 6:22pm and pulled out after 7pm. Over 40 minutes wasted and an incomplete order.    Read moreAt around 3 PM 07/27/2025 the person taking our order was rude. When we entered the facility, we werenât greeted - thatâs OK, but could be improved. We were standing in front of the gentlemen waiting for him to take our order, he noticed us, but he didnât look at us (he was just looking at the cashier). This was ongoing for about 5-7 mins. Then I asked him if we could order. He looked up, didnât say anything. Then I asked him again; then he finally, he shrugged. Then my wife told him what she wanted, then he pretended he didnât hear. I repeated the order, then he took it and left after we paid. It was not a welcoming environment. Of course, we didnât want to make a scene. We thought the person just had a very bad day. It can happen to someone, we understand; however, it is not an excuse to behave like this. When I got to the store, two of the employees asked me my name, they proceeded to tell me they didnât have an order for me under my name. I confirmed that I was at the correct store, showed them the app and they disappeared. 20 minutes went by and everyone that was coming in after I arrived, started receiving their orders. I proceeded to the front counter to ask about my order and asked if they could just provide me with a refund. The manager was extremely rude. She would never speak with me directly but told her employee to tell me the money would go back to my card in two days since it was an online order. She never attempted to rectify the situation and never put in a refund transaction for me; which leaves me to contact my bank.
