It was a pleasure working with Zach. His customer service was excellent, as was the food he and his team provided. My wife and I joked that Zach must be the mayor of Lakeland because he was so connected! He was able to get a tent company, a dance floor, the lighting, and even heaters. We got everything through him and we didn’t have to stress about anything. The crew he sent to our event was professional and friendly. Before they left they stopped by and told us about all the things they did so we didn’t have to worry about that either. Zach and BTB Catering really made everything easy for us. Zach and his team were so great to work with! Our wedding was in the woods, and we were worried about our vendors being able to set up with ease. Zach was flexible leading up to our wedding, and even offered to come out to our venue to help map out everything. We chose buffet style for our reception, but his team went out of their way to come to our head table, ask what we wanted to eat, and made plates for us.
