Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lakemoor

When they first opened I loved going here, the safe was nice and clean. Recently I won’t go to this location anymore. I have placed orders to be picked up and 3 times now they have given it to someone else and I have to wait for them to remake it. My name is on the order and yet this keeps happening. The first two times it wasn’t that big of a deal they were nice apologized and remade my sandwich but this last time I noticed they have new employees and I was given a hard time about my missing sandwich. They then did not want to remake it saying it was already picked up I tried to explain that this has happened before and I just want this problem to stop. The lady at the counter ignored me rushed my sandwich made it sloppy and was rude. I have also noticed with the new staff that Ive had hair in my last two sandwiches I for sure will be going to round lake or McHenry over this location. I don’t have these problems...

This place REALLY needs to work out the kinks. I know they opened recently but it's pretty brutal here. 2 of the 3 employees working the line were extremely slow in 2 ways. The way they work and their brains. I had to tell the guy like 3 times what to put on my sandwich. While he was making it he put a banana pepper to the side that had a big hair on it. Then proceeded to put it on my sandwich right in front of me and I called him out. Then they all come around searching my sandwich for the hair. They finally find it and instead of just starting over they ask me if it's ok that they took the hair off... then when they remake it I have to tell him again what I want on the sandwich and he still forgot to put the oils on which I didn't notice because I was paying.
