I would give this place zero stars. I placed my order with the app. They confirmed my order at the speaker and first window, but was not given a receipt. On my way to the 2nd window I was charged on my phone so I had an emailed receipt. I pulled up to the 2nd window and then they tried to give me someone elses food that was not mine. I showed them my receipt on my phone, and they asked if I had the code which you give them at the speaker (I would not have that if they already charged me like they did). I had ordered 2 egg and cheese biscuits and a hash brown. My receipt showed both on there with quanities of zero, and a coffee which I didn't order (the cashier screwed up and changed my order as it would not have shown the egg and cheese biscuits or hash brown with quanitites of zero without her doing that). I showed the receipt at the 2nd window on my phone to the girl and she called her manager over. The manager said she could not help me because she could not find the order. I then showed them the receipt again on my phone and the charge to my chase account. She then reiterated that she could not find my order and therefore would not give me any food. I was told that they would not be able to take my order at the window, (even though they screwed up), and that I would have to go wait in line in the drive thru to reorder (so I could be charged 2 times for one set of food that I never got in the first place). I had waited 30 minutes in the driver thru, and was not going to wait another 30 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE. This is not the first time the manager on duty has screwed my order up, or forgot my order. Last time she spent 20 minutes searching in the system to see they charged me already and then made me sit there while she gave me old cold food. I submitted a complaint to management and never got a response back either. I only got a response from Mcdonalds corporate and it didn't help. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendys...
   Read moreMy experience was terrible here. I came in to order through a kiosk. We ordered a McDouble, French fries , 3 snack wraps and a Diet Coke. We had the food brought to us and they forgot our McDouble so I walked up to the counter to ask for the forgotten McDouble and I asked for ketchup as well. I said excuse me sir they forgot my McDouble. Also may I have ketchup please. I showed him the sheet that had number 30 on it. Well the gentlemen that helped me smashed ketchup packets in my hand. Then while waiting for the McDouble he walked past me THREW it ON ANOTHER CUSTOMERS TABLE to which it was number 14(which still had the sign on it)! He threw it on their table. The customers who he threw MY FOOD ON already had ALL of their food! I asked is the customer is that my McDouble and he said yes. Customer even said we arenât even the same table. This employee was just downright RUDE! I was polite to him ! Also the womenâs bathroom HAD NO WATER TO WASH MY HANDS! So my guy friend had to take me to the menâs washroom so I could wash the soap off my hands! Also the snack wraps were made TOTALLY off. One snack wrap had a LOT OF spicy sauce on it. The other one had barely any sauce. Instead of putting it ALL the way through the snack wrap they just put it on the end! I have never had SUCH BAD TREATMENT. This was RUDE!    Read moreWould be nice for the Franchise manager to retrain his staff. If you go back to the restaurant with a complaint, the staff ends up giving you a bad look and they confront you as if you're not telling tbem the truth. While you're presenting your complaint, the staff are mumbling in Spanish to one another that you're complaint is not true and what makes it worst and very uncomfortable is that the staff starts giving you a horrible mean look. After explaining to the shif manager my issue about my incorrect order, the shift manager was helpful. But the employee that I had given my complaint, gave me a bad look, requested to see the order as if I was not telling her the truth. I showed it to her and made my point that the order was cold. After the staff members heard my complaint, they started mocking me in Spanish, I explained in Spanish that I also understood the language and didn't appreciate their service and comments. I advose that the Franchise manager retrains his/ her staff by letting them know that when a customer complains they're to help them and not make them feel that they're lying. Please do something.
