Disgusting rotten fish sandwhich mostly brown inside yuk. They changed their apple pie that they have had for decades To a rock hard over baked no cinnamon in it. A completely different apple pie. I almost broke my tooth off. And no customer service!!! They want you to come back the same day to replace the meal. How stupid I just got home to eat my late dinner got into my pjs and bite into this disgusting meal.
I called the store the manager that cant speak English answer I asked if this was the location at kenyon she said no who is this? What is going on here i said are you the manager? She hung up I called again another girl answered I asked for the manager she said she was i said are you sure! Then she put Maria on the phone again. She said shes busy can I come in Saturday I will give you your money back. I said no I cant come in that day I have plans I cant make it in then. Dumb as a box of rocks!. Poor customer service.
Then I came in on another day And they want to offer me a meal I already ate. I WANT A REFUND why is this so difficult. She had to call her manager. My gosh whats going on here ? Get your customer service skills back on track..its like pulling teeth out without novocaine. Pain staking. I will be taking my business.
I want a company to back up there food lets face it no one is perfect and it happens but they need to go beyond to apease me not make it a nightmare.

   Read moreThe lady taking my order could not get it right, and because she couldn't get it right over 10 cars were helped in the line next to me and at the window before she gave up trying to get my order right. I had a number 8 with a diet coke no ice, a number 3 or 4 with a diet coke no ice, a 4 piece nugget happy meal with a diet coke no ice and a cheeseburger happy meal with a Coke no ice. First she rung up 2 nugget kids meals with diet coke with ice, then she completely removed a kids meal, then she got them both back on, then she had one kids meal with ice the other without, then back and forth....never did she get it right. She gave up after 15 minutes and told me she would physically tell them what my drinks were. The order total was $22 and change. I get to the window to pay and she reads my order back, I confirm and she tried to charge me $33, I confronted her about it. So she told me the price of each thing I ordered and I added it as she told me, it came nowhere near the $33 she claimed I owed. She claimed she forgot the cheeseburger meal whigh i told her was incorrect. She called a manager then removed something from my order getting it back down to $22, when I got my recrept it had everything I ordered......they tried to overcharge me on purpose. At this point I have been dealing with this for over 20 minutes. She tells me I can tell them at the next window what I want for soda...that's not what I'm paying for. I get to the window and guess what?? My soda is already in a drink holder (which I don't want) and it's wrong. Yet more waiting to get...
   Read moreI went yo drive thru to place my order thatâs where the rudeness began the employee chose to talk over me with an employee and on the headset as Iâm placing my order so I became a little irritated and went inside there wasnât ANYBODY in line but me and my daughter and a Hispanic possibly manager continued to look over at me but didnât assist she continued working the drive through after I stared for about 5 mins she finally came over to the register and as I began to tell her my order she insisted on cutting me off telling me what the store has for deals and not listening to me telling her what the McDonalds all is saying I became frustrated at this point Iâm traveling and this is terrible customer service so then I reached out to an employee she appeared pregnant and told her my order and she then told me that they donât have a double cheese burger they didnât make those I couldnât believe it so I showed her my phone to the McDonaldâs app then she look and placed my order customer service is horrible here and from the sounds of it they allegedly didnât understand me however Iâm an African American that speaks fluent English what Iâm not understanding is they couldnât understand me yet EVERY ORDER IN DRIVE THROUGH IS UNDERSTOOD make it make sense please...
