Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lakeway

I was driving home (and this is the second time this has happened) and I called in a order or tried to at the quinlen park dominos. The first phone call I waited on hold for 7 min then the lady that was working pushed a button and put me on a extension. So I called again. This time it lasted a minute and it went to the extension silence thing. It was like she was hanging up but not hanging up. Meanwhile I was headed there to see why it was taking so long. I pull up right after the first call. I cut my light and called again and watched her ( a darker skin lady with dark hair and braids I think, both times this happened it was the same lady) she walked up after a minute on hold and pushed a button on the phone and walked back to the back doing whatever it was she was doing. So I recorded it. After that I called again. This time she answered and I told her my order and then told her I was frustrated cuz I was driving and couldn’t use the app and she giggled and all she had to do was take my order for 1 minute. It has been an hour and my pizza has still not came yet. This person has made the dominos experience awful and makes me never want to order there again. I will be contacting the area manager to try and solve this for whoever else has had...

I usually have an excellent experience ordering from this location. I order delivery quite frequently, and the food and service are consistently of high quality. To everyone in the store preparing the pizzas, you all are doing an amazing job.

The only reason I can’t give this location a full 5-star review is due to a recurring issue with one particular delivery person. There is a bald gentleman, likely in his 30s-40s, who has delivered my order on a few occasions. Unfortunately, his demeanor during delivery often comes across as unfriendly and dismissive. The first time he delivered my pizza, I couldn't help but wonder if he had an issue with me due to his expression and demeanor. Despite me expressing gratitude each time by saying 'thank you,' I never receive any acknowledgment in return, which leaves a negative impression.

I want to emphasize that this is an exception, as all the other delivery drivers have been consistently kind and professional. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed, as a simple courteous exchange...

10 stars, I must say this is the best spot by far ever been to, the team there are absolutely incredible very hard working kind and super friendly and helpful, I picked up last night and could tell it had been a long tuff day on the team and I’m a big believer in raising spirits positively and greatness should be acknowledged so I went back in and reminded the team that I appreciate them and their hard work is noticed each and every day, made their day better and put a big smile on the team, the entire team deserves a big raise for being the best and dealing with grumpy customers.
