My roommate and I got an extra large extravaganza pizza last Friday and we both become heavy diarrhea 5~10 hours after we ate. I became unconsciousness and almost faint, it was awful experience which I have ever had in my life; I felt like nearly death experience through this food poisoning. I wanted to call 911 though; I could not call because I was afraid of Omicron virus transmit, so I lied down a while and went to the bathroom crazy times.
The worst thing was that the DOMINO headquarter did not care about this. I emailed the headquarter the following day to report this happening and request the refund along with apology though; they sent me email saying that we would investigate. Though; over a week, no one contacted me nor sent me any meaningful email. They just played with me even after I made 4 contacts via email. No one in the DOMINO care about this. That was what Domino pizza treated a customer while I was willing to support a local business as much as I could. Though; I should not need to be naive any more, especially after I realized their attitude.
If they did not bit care about this food poising in our meal, I guessed that they might have not cared what they use. This poisoning might have came from their working attitudes including using their dirty hands or unsanitized kitchen tools carelessly and continuously, and if so, they might have not realized using spoiled toppings.
Any way, all the matter is their careless attitudes which may create the same problem again to others in future.
So, I do not recommend this store, period.

Today is 7/11/2022, this problem happened on12/5/2021. You responded to my post 7 months after the incident. What kind of businesses you are! This was exactly what I meant. YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIS problem, you just care about your business reputation in the public, period!
I cannot trust any foods from your kitchen since this incident became a huge trauma to me. Once was enough and no more such a kind of awful...
Read moreThe worst pizza delivery experience I’ve had in quite a long time. Can’t fault the people working there, seems to be a skeleton crew on a Friday night, but only learned that after talking on the phone with one of the employees after waiting outside for 30 minutes from receiving the app notification that it was out for delivery, only to check after waiting and waiting to see I still had an ETA that was 20 minutes out. Terrible ownership of this franchise to be so understaffed on a Friday night. Never had this issue at Pizza Hut. Might be time to change back. I’m all about service. I don’t care that my kids like Dominos better. Want to keep my business? DO BETTER. If you are a parent in an active family constantly on the go with sports, scouts, school, etc, then I’d recommend not choosing Dominos apparently. Just wanted pizza after a long day on the go with school, work, and scouts, no time for dinner before, and this driver is nowhere near in sight 46 minutes now after the app told me it was out for delivery. Do yourself a favor and just stop to eat somewhere else. I will be from now on. And btw, still no pizza after waiting, calling, talking, and now posting this. Still. Yeah. Not going back. Keep...

How you doin, Domino's?
Domino's Pizza has a Mon-Thurs 3 topping large carryout pizza deal/$7.99. Phoned in my order for a thin crust salami/pepperoni/bacon with white sauce and made my way down Del Amo Blvd. for pickup.
Here's my dinner for tonight. Vegans look away. Crispy thin crust pizza with salty bacon, salami and pepperoni. Each bite deliciousness itself. The white sauce is my favorite sauce. Thin crust = less calories = winning!
For some reason, Domino's gives chili flake packets but no parmesan with their pizzas. Go figure?
Service was prompt, my pizza was what I ordered and pickup took only a few mins.
Parking is adequate in a private lot shared by Genkiyaki and Foggia Italian Deli.
Recommend!
