Had Donatos tonight after a very long day of cleaning our basement after a flood. Anyway we thought we'd try it because they have a gluten free option. I ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi. The who process was weird I ordered online and when I checked out - 1 of my pizzas was removed so I had to place 2 orders. - because I was grubby from Cleaning, I opted for the drive thru pick up. So I go to the shop and out in the back parking lot we're 4 men standing - I don't know if I thought they were smoking, or if they actually were....I approached the window and a bell stayed ringing - then one of the guys comes up to my car and asked my name. I told him, he rang me out for order 1, by handing me a little credit card machine, then he went to get my pizza - at this point I put my credit card in and rang myself out - I found it odd that he was no where around and all of a sudden the cash drawer pops open - I mean if I were dishonest I could have reached my arm in and taken the cash drawer - this process happened with both my orders. Then he hands me my pizza and a 20oz (not 2 liter) of Pepsi - since the Pepsi was $3.99 I reminded him that I paid for the 2 liter. So now onto the pizza
Literally had to give one star bc it wouldn't let me write without clicking one. Wish i could rate a zero. We ordered over 80$ in pizza waiting way longer then the delivery time, called the store to see what the status is they tell me they are leaving right now, then I got outside to wait bc we don't live far at all, waited a while longer... just to realize the delivery guy that had my food was parked right in front of my house. He made me walk and get my pizza from him!!!! Unbelievable. Called to voice to the manager Joshua who was great with helping me... who contacted his store manager and or district manager and when they got involved is where the complaint comes in. They offered me a slap in the face basically. After paying over 80 for some cold pizza and a way late delivery they tried to give me a credit on my account of only 30% ahahahaha after i had to pick up my pizza from the delivery guy. After being pushed to the back burner for days and not hearing anything from anyone I had to call yet again to hear what was going on. Shout out Joshua who called them directly to take care of the credit finally. This is how danatos treats their PAYING CUSTOMERS. Instead of understanding my frustration and trying to make it better with pizza we didn't even eat they just brushed me off like j was nothing. This place is a joke. Save your...
Read moreWould give 0 stars if I could. I will never...ever order from this Donatos ever again. I ordered a large pizza, wings and cheese bread sticks for pick up. Got there 5 minutes early and went through the drive through and paid. Was told I had to wait 5 min for my wings so pull to the front, no problem. I’m waiting 5 minutes...10...15..minutes..I see multiple people come in and pick up their orders. I finally walk in to find out what’s going on and see the girl who took my payment with a panicked look on her face that makes it obvious she completely forgot about me. She asks one of the other employees about my order and he responds “I dunno”...then they BOTH just continue readying other peoples orders!! Neither even attempted to figure out what was going on. Finally a third employee comes out and asks if everyone has been helped. She asks me and tell her what’s going on, and she checks...my order has been sitting on the “warmer” the entire time. Only after I complain about having to wait so long am I offered a PARTIAL refund. $10 on a $28 bill. Get home (I literally live less than a mile away, takes 3 minutes)..all food is cold. Stay far away. Worst experience I have ever had with a pizza place. Whoever is in charge needs to train their employees on...
