This place is straight-up disgusting. The only reasons itâs still open are because the old-timers need somewhere to sit around and the prices are cheap. Thatâs it.
The moment you walk in, the filth hits you in the face. Dust hanging off the blinds, chairs crusted with old donut residue, Wi-Fi signs that look like theyâve never been wiped down, and rugs that look like they were snatched out of a dumpster. The donut stand? Looks like it hasnât seen soap since the â90sâold food stuck in every crevice. And letâs not forget the stinky vacuum they just leave sitting out like dĂŠcor.
Their donut trays are foul. No parchment paper, no nothingâjust donuts sitting directly on nasty, stained trays. And the staff? Handling food with no gloves, then touching that filthy register that used to be gray but is now BLACK from years of grime. Thatâs what theyâre serving your food with. Let that sink in.
To top it all off, I found a blonde hair in my donut boxâprobably from the woman who came from the back with the nasty attitude.
This place doesnât need a âcleaning.â It needs a hazmat team and a shutdown notice. If you care about your health, your stomach, or basic decency, stay...
Read moreDonut Pantry in Lakewood is a hidden gem for donut lovers! The donuts are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, making each bite delightful. They offer unique flavors that stand out, even though they donât do special creations. The selection is fantastic, with a wide variety of freshly made donuts that are both delicious and beautifully presented. Whether you prefer classic flavors or their unique offerings, thereâs something for everyone. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for grabbing a treat with friends or family. While the coffee didnât meet expectations (itâs a donut shop, after all), the focus is rightly on their fantastic donuts. They have seating available, but itâs not very comfortable for extended stays. The staff is friendly and helpful, adding to the enjoyable experience. If youâre in Lakewood and craving a delightful donut experience, Donut Pantry is the place to go!

Read moreLived in neighborhood since 2003 first trip here was today. First off as is my thing with reviews. This is a VERY Bike friendly business. (2 bike racks!) I am pretty sure I was talking the owner. Extremely nice. The doughnuts looked amazing. They tasted great too. They have the standard most popular styles of traditional doughnuts you are sure to find a doughnut for everyone here. I got a half dozen the price was extremely reasonable at less than a dollar each. I was convinced to have a coffee too (Which was tough because I didnt have my coffee cup bike holder.) so I sat there and had one of the smoothest coffees I have had in a long time. So reward yourself for getting your family doughuts like i did and dont pass up the coffee. It absolutely was worth it. I passed 3 other large doughnut shops to come here. This was a smart move. I will...
