Absolutely love Expresso Stop in Lakewood, because I always receive friendly and amazing customer service!! There retro drinks aren't only delicious, they offer more variety and options than any other coffee shop out there!!! Plus they're the only business around here that offers the retro energy drinks.. Thank you for being the best around!!!!!!!

UPDATE I originally gave them a 5 star, but changed it to a 3 star. The reason is they charged me incorrectly on customer appreciation day for my retro drink. Which isn't that big of deal, because it happens. The issue I have is when I went back on Wednesday and brought it to their attention, they acted like oh well. Working in customer service all my life, this just wasn't a good response. They very easily could've said sorry that happened and let us make it up to you by only charging you that price today. I'm sure they can't just take everyone's word, because some people aren't honest and I get that. I would've been more than happy to show them my charge, but they didn't even bother to ask. Like I said it was more of an oh well response🙁.
