Hate to change my rating but unfortunately the service has changed. Regular coffee wasn't brewed, so I was told to wait while they made some. Fine. No problem. Got my coffee and was still waiting for my food, while everyone in line before and after me received theirs. Hmmm... went up to the pickup counter and waited. And waited. And WAITED. Finally....the lady at the pickup asked me if I was waiting on pastries...I said no, I'm waiting for egg bites. She said, " Uh so FOOD?" Like that's what she'd asked. Dumb me. I said I think they got missed. She then gave me a long-suffering stare and said, "Look, we have a lot of orders and only ONE oven." Ok, not my problem that you're completely unprepared to serve your customers but... I said "I think mine got missed." She and 2 others had a brief discussion, trying hard not to let on that's exactly what happened, eyeing each other significantly, like I wasn't standing right there. Weird... Then long-suffering lady turned back to me and told me, "Your order is next in line for the oven." Like.... how coincidental! And super cool how they communicated that with psychic speak to one another while I stood there. The egg bites were finally given to me. No apology for the wait. Just " here." Total wait time: 19 minutes. Holy bad customer service, Batman! Someone needs to explain to the employees that yes, they DO represent your company when working and yes, somehow customers are important, not talking about your plans for the weekend. If I was manager here, they'd know how to deal...
Read moreParking is a problem here, often times all the spots are taken and there is no other place to park. No drive through option. Outdoor seating area is very noisy with traffic. The staff here is very bad with customer service. Three times I ordered a sandwich on a mobile order and when I went to pick it up they set an empty bag in the pick up area. When no one looked up or acknowledged me I had to say excuse me to get a response. They said it was sold out only by my persistence was anyone willing to help. Despite all this I continued to go back because it is the nearest starbucks to my work and my lunch break is short. Two times recently however I have come in and said hello to the staff and smiled when picking up my order only to get a frown and no reply. That is not customer service! I am very reluctant to consider returning here again...
Read moreI can’t say enough great things about this Starbucks location! I recently moved to the area and started a new job, and this spot has become my morning go-to. The baristas are incredibly friendly and always remember my order, and my name! It’s not just one person, the entire culture of this location is this way, with each and every employee delivering the same level of warmth and attention. That’s just not the norm, and it makes such a difference. The service is super quick, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and they’ve made my transition to a new routine so much easier.
