Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lakewood

I ordered three pizzas One was the extra large New York pepperoni the other two were from the coupon for the two medium five topping pizzas for $10.99 each. The New York pepperoni was fine, no complaints. The two medium pizzas however were not good at all. The 2 medium pizzas were almost identical toppings except for one of them had extra pineapple and the other one had pineapple and banana peppers. On both pizzas the pineapple was non-existent the cheese was super thick there was no sauce underneath the cheese or if there was it was microscopic. Also, the crust was nasty....it was dense, hard and flavorless. The best way to describe it is that it tasted like the kind of cooked pizza dough you get at a grocery store bakery section. It was the driest pizza...

Okay but not as good as it used to be by far and definitely do not order the Hawaiian did you not even have Canadian bacon that's some kind of shredded something that's just horrible worst Pizza of my life the meat lovers is the right though just not like it used to be add all the pieces I've received from there are not cut right a summer burnt and summer not even done all the way and the chicken tenders or whatever they're supposed to be are horrible and you only receive a few for the price and they're just very nasty and they're small like the size of a quarter and I can see by many many many many many other reviews that this is either a horrible location or just a horrible pizza place all together there are so many unsatisfied customers at least at...

I just received this pizza which looks like it was put back together like a puzzle. Called to inform the supervisor - Some guy, got on the phone- didn't identify himself or confirm that he was the supervisor. I didn't ask for anything and he says.."if you show up with the pizza, I'll give you a refund." I find this highly unprofessional, it's dinner time buster- you didn't even say that you sympathize, and i could hear your sigh of frustration. I know it's not easy but show a little bit more compassion on a product that was delivered by your driver. If this was not the supervisor, then people have explaining to do. I'm also ashamed that pizza hut calls...
