Gravity Coffee — Restaurant in Lakewood

More times then not when I come here my coffee is burnt. One time it even made me sick. The last time it was burnt both my mom's and mine tasted old and sour they were un drinkable and when we brought them back the barista said "you have to do it before you drive off" as if she didn't just see me 2 minutes prior. I could understand hours later but I just pulled out of your drive thru I didn't even have a chance to taste the coffee yet. She also argued with me that the shots weren't burnt but what reason would I have to lie, I'm giving back the ones you just made I'm not asking for free coffee. They have some of the highest priced coffee the bare minimum they can do is ensure their coffee tastes good. Safe to say I won't...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love this Gravity Coffee location! The ladies here are always so sweet, welcoming, and professional. I’ve never had a single issue with my drinks or service. In fact, they even went above and beyond to remake a drink for me that had been messed up at another Gravity, something that really meant a lot to me, especially since the other barista seemed to mess it up on purpose. Service is great, and some are ok. I usually get the caramel blended and it's usually on point, but this past few times and its been off and on. Can't really taste the coffee and lil too much dairy. I tried to explain that it's not the same taste I usually order, but she said they are prep all the same way. I guess it depends who prepares it? It is in a pitcher already prep then does it depends who makes it?? It can't be that complex!? Oh and same issues goes to the one in pacific ave location aswell. They are not consistent.
