I go to this Jack in the Box regularly and have never really has too many problems. It's what you would expect of a fast food restaurant. But, I went to Jack in the Box a couple days ago and had an order for almost $17. Get to the window and the girl swipes my card then turns back and tells me that the strip isnt working and she will have to type it manually. I tell her not to worry about it and hand her a $20. Once I get home I realize that my account is charged for the order. I call and talk to a woman. I explain that I dont even want it refunded. I would be fine with picking up the same order the following day and calling it good. She said I would have to bring my receipt and show her my bank account and that would be fine. Before hanging up someone else chimes in saying no they cant do that. I have to wait 3+ days to see if my charge clears to do anything. Claiming that there is no way my account was charged because she didnt type it in. I tried to explain the common sense of the situation and how it doesnt matter that it wasnt typed in, you swiped my card and it charged me. I then double paid for the order by handing them cash. I have the receipt for the cash payment and the charge on my account which they claim is impossible. The sad and funny part of this is I dont care about $17 and didnt even want it refunded. I just wanted my breakfast burritos I have clearly already paid for. Instead I now had to try and explain to two people the common sense of swiping someone's card and taking cash for an order. They lost a regular customer over some nonsense that could have easily been fixed and moved on from. Please dont waste your time, breath or money on this location. You would have better luck conversing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed in the service received from this restaurant. An employee by the name of Rosa took our order while in the drive-thru and was extremely rude to start. I simply asked if there was a particular item on the menu and received an abrupt no, then silence. So instead of offering me an alternative, I asked if the restaurant had a different item on the menu and Rosa replied with a yes. I started to order then stopped to determine the flavors I was going to select. While I was deciding, Rosa sarcastically repeated what I said before I stopped. I then proceeded to order, thanked Rosa for taking my order, and drove to the next window. Rosa did not respond when I thanked her, give me the total for my order, or ask me to pull forward. When arriving at the window, the total was given to me by another gentleman. Rosa fixed our 3 milkshakes and walked to the drive-thru window to hand me the milkshakes and then slammed the drive-thru window.
This is very disrespectful to a paying customer. At no time during the interaction with this facility was I rude and demeaning. This is not acceptable behavior for an employee at an establishment to react to customers in this way. All in all, by your actions Rosa you just cost the company you work for money. See this has a negative chain reaction because this, in turn, hurts your earned income in the long run. I may just be one customer, but if the interactions that I had tonight with you continue with other customers I guarantee that I will not be the only one boycotting this restaurant. A little advice Rosa if you do not like the customer service career that you are in then find something that you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been here a number of times, and the few times they have dome their jobs and got my order right it was good. With that being said I have had the worst service here out of any fast food place I have ever been to. Sometimes I will go to get some food during the really early hours between 12-4 A.M. and they have consistently told me they were closed. Even though it says they are open 24 hours for drive through. I even got into an argument with one of the workers after saying that they never told me they were closed. This has happened countless times where they say their systems are updating, the register is broken, we are closed for cleaning, etc....they have all sorts of excuses. To add to this this location NEVER has the teriyaki bowl, every time I go here I ask for it and never get it. They should probably stock up a little better of take it off the menu all together. And the times I am not told they are closed and get to place an order I get the wrong food and I am shorted on what I order. I have made a $30 order here and got all the wrong stuff and toms of missing stuff. The worst part is I had alrea st made it home before I was aware of this fact. So every time I go there I always check now. And it turns out more than half the time I have to go back and get the right stuff or the rest of my order. This is terrible service. But that is expected when the employees smell like they are high, not to mention they have glazed over eyes. I don't care if they smoke weed, but don't do it on the job. This is the worst Jack in the Box I have...
