KFC — Restaurant in Lakewood

I don't know why I keep coming back to this place. Nothing ever changes. I've left a review on Yelp and now I'm leaving a review on Google. Maybe someday management will actually pay attention. I usually stop by when I am on my way to work, but I know that I have to leave really early because it ALWAYS takes at least 10 minutes. Tonight was no exception. I was the only person in the drive through and there was one patron inside and it STILL took 10 minutes AND they got my order wrong. Because I usually grab food to eat at work I typically do t eat until 9 or 10 at night. So, I always ask for the chicken on the side. I take that opportunity (more space) to request extra gravy, because, let's face it, KFC's gravy is pretty good. Well, I got the chicken on the side, though that isn't always the case, but I didn't get the extra gravy. Okay, fine, at least I GOT the gravy. I cannot say the same about the cheese. No cheese on my famous bowl. 😢Totally bummed and there is nothing I can do about it now. Maybe this will teach me to stop...

This was literally hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place ever. 45 minutes I waited for 10 hot wings which take 10 minutes. It wasn't busy it wasn't packed they weren't short staffed. I had to go inside to ask for my food which they weren't even preparing. The employees told me that someone had cooked them but that they didn't know where they were... so one of the girls walks a circle around the kitchen then shrugged. They never apologized or offered to make another batch. They just left it there. Eventually the manager came and got my wings for me. Then I get home and realize that they never even gave me my pot pie that I ordered. I'm so disappointed with this visit I can honestly say I will never return to this location despite its convenience. I've never been more upset with a staff. If I could give -5...

The drive through always takes forever and the order is hardley ever correct.

We went there this evening to dine in. When we first walked in some kid was mopping the floor in the dining area, he immediately went into the back. We stood at the register for 5 minutes before the lady working the drive through turned around to take our order. In the meantime we noticed the kid that was mopping was talking to 3 other employees in the back, we couldn't get their attention because somebody was playing metal music in the back. Our order was taken at 9:28 we didn't receive our 1 drumstick, 1 burrito, and 2 tacos for another 10 minutes. We also didn't receive our drinks so I had to ask. It seemed as if there plenty of employees there but nobody seemed to be doing anything. Finally all of the tables on the dining area...
