I already didn’t have high expectations for Taco Bell so today was definitely the last straw for me. We went through the Taco Bell drive-through and we asked for 12 of those cinnamon delights but to my surprise when they gave us the Delights they were anything but, they gave them to us and they were still frozen inside so we drove back around through the drive-through obviously to avoid getting out because we did not have any mask and the dinning room was closed and at first they told us that they would remake them and that we could keep the ones that were cold but then they asked for the cold ones back and one of the guys proceeded to just eat the order we had already eaten from them in front of the window and then they gave us new ones. This might not seem like a big deal but usually in food service when something is not right They offer to correct it don’t make you give the food back now we’re not upset that we had to give her food back because we weren’t gonna eat them since they were still frozen anyway but it’s just the fact that we’re in a whole pandemic and you took food back from the car back into the kitchen and then proceeded to eat them in front of the window! very unprofessional and it makes me worried for any future cross-contamination and food prep at this establishment but then again it might be my fault for having such...

I remember the days, so crispy, so gold, When a bucket of chicken was pure joy to hold. Back in the '80s, the Colonel had clout, Every bite was a blessing—no broken bones about.
But now? What is this? A crime on a plate, A drumstick so sad, it's just skin and hate. I cracked it in two, hoping meat would appear, But all I found hiding was disappointment and fear.
And the sides? Don’t get me started on slaw, No fork, no spork—just a “screw you” in colelaw. He asked if I wanted hot sauce, he looked in my soul, I said, “Of course.” And yet… not a damn packet to hold.
Your prices went up, but your standards went down, You charge like a king, but you cook like a clown. The service was cold, the chicken was dry, I left with regret and a single tear in my eye.
So this is goodbye, dear KFC crew, You’ve broken my heart like dry biscuits do. I’ll find better love in a Popeyes embrace, Or the arms of a food truck with actual taste.
Your era is done, and I bid you adieu, You had one job—fried chicken—and blew it in two. I won’t be back, I’m washing my hands— With wet wipes you didn’t...
Read moreI've never walked inside this place. I've gone through the drive thru quite a few times since I moved to the neighborhood though. The service is always really slow, there is always atleast 1-2 items wrong or missing from our order, and at the window it always smells like linty grease (like if you never clean the hood above your stove) Today was somehow worse and I will not be giving them another shot. At the speaker to take my order, no one came to take my order. After a couple minutes of not knowing if they were even open, I drove around slowly to leave. A lady waved me to the window and said she couldn't answer, because she was on the phone but now she could take my order. I told her that I didnt know what to order because there was no menu, so she said I could drive around again. Not wanting to drive around the building, I gave her ye olde fallback order. The rest of the interaction was fine, except that my spicy bean burrito had only beans in it, and my daughter's soft taco supremes had something off about them. No one expects tacobell to be the best food ever, but i think everyone still expects it...
