Another Colorado Chinese food FAIL. Absolutely disgusting. Waste of a drive. I ordered the Lo Mein which tasted like noodles doused in Soy Sauce. Ordered the General and Orange chicken after the owner said how different they were, got home and they tasted equally disgusting and exactly the same. The fried rice was bland with no flavor. Just horrible food and horrible customer service. The only saving grace was the crab cheese wontons which were half way decent. You are literally better off going to Panda Express where at least the Orange chicken is sweet and tastes like Orange chicken. Don't waste your time or money here. I would give it a zero rating if I could. Disappointed NY'er here in CO for sure.

7/2/21: moo shu pork dinner was fabulous, as usual. Haven't been here in two years. Food was fabulous! Now only takeout, but they made me order and stand outside next to my car. Or, maybe they let rich people eat inside (see pic). Or maybe these expensive cars belong to the employees (not my car). I wouldn't mind but the inside was nice and soothing and the service was excellent. This place was great! We both had the mu shu pork dinner and it was excellent. We both took pancakes home. Hot and sour soup was exceptional, too. And the service was great. This place has the feel of an owner run family business. Will definitely return.

CARRY OUT ONLY. I looked at the reviews and I did not see anyone mention this. Other than that, when I arrived, the lady was very friendly. I ordered and they were pretty fast. I ordered the Sesame Chicken with two egg rolls. The Sesame Chicken was really good and the best I have had. It was light for being deep fried and the sauce was delicious. The egg roles were a little odd as they have big chucks of carrots that are very crunchy. I was impressed with their large portions as well. I would like to try some other dishes. It was impressively busy and seems to be a local favorite.

We ordered moo shu chicken and Mongolian beef for takeout at dinner time. The food came in tiny boxes- the same boxes that they give at lunch time, which are the super cheap and tiny greasy boxes. Definitely not the portions we expected for $13 (with tax) per dish. The Mongolian beef was super sweet, I thought I was eating sweet and sour chicken. The moo shu pork came with paper thin, hard tortillas. We also did not receive any fortune cookies.

My mom called the restaurant to talk about what she thought (in a civil manner) and the first person immediately hung up on her! My mom called back and someone else answered (they apparently don’t have a manager) and they did not even apologize once and were very very rude to her, so my mom said she will write a bad review about the food and service and they just kept saying “go ahead and write a bad review.” What horrible customer service!!!! Along with the overpriced but crappy tasting food! Do...

This place always upgrades our entree to a “meal” even though we never ask for it. It’s annoying to place an order and then have the establishment upcharge you without your permission. I want what I order, and if you’d like to suggest something then feel free but do not add charges to my order at your own discretion. That’s just poor customer service and shows a lack of respect for your clientele. Tonight I got garlic chicken and my husband got kung pao pork and they came with the exact same vegetables and sauce. I feel like I’m gambling when we order from here, you might get what you ask for or you might get up charged for things you don’t want without warning. Even when they make what you order it’s orettt mediocre anyway. This establishment benefits from being the only Chinese place in a well populated neighborhood, any competition would most likely put them out of business. I’m willing to travel further to have my order...

I personally don’t understand why the price is so high when the taste is about the same as places a little more than half the cost with prob a third entree. Long wait and no offense to guy at counter but could have been more personable. Felt rushed to get something then was asked to wait in car. Received my order in almost like here u go I’m doing you a favor kind of way. You should ask if we need utensils or plate in bag as not everyone is taking it home.So i feel it was pointless as I still had to go back inside and ask for utensils and plate and extra sauce. Overall serving should be higher for what the price. No fortune cookie at least or drink or something. Last thing to note I went to throw away my plate in trash behind this place there was at least a family of minimum 10 rats that ran away when I approached it. Not projecting that there is any at this establishment but it’s just a little too close...
