Terrible. It has been going down for a long time. The last pizza I had was soggy, but, the most recent time I ordered, my order was cancelled in the future, and nobody answered the phone.
To expand, I placed an order at 9 PM, on a Saturday, and was told 31 - 41 minutes. I waited until 9:35 and looked at the online tracker, and it said "Order cancelled 9:46." It wasn't 9:46 yet! It also mentioned Door Dash, which surprised me, as I thought Papa Johns hired their own drivers.
Since I don't support the practice of having random drivers bring me food, this officially ends my support of Papa Johns as a delivery food outlet.
However, I was more just wondering why my order was cancelled, so I called the store. It rang and rang and rang. It rang more than I thought a phone could ring. I left it on speaker phone and it rang a solid five minutes before it went to a busy signal. I did that three times in total. Nobody ever answered.
I then called the number back but pressed 3 to make a new order instead of 2 to inquire about a placed order. This time someone answered immediately. I asked him why they are not answering the other line. He said orders are taken at a main center, not at the actual store, and placed orders are dealt with at the actual store. I asked him to contact the store, and he seemed like he didn't care if it was open or not. He was ready to take a new order and send it to the store, but he did not want to confirm that the store was taking calls.
I decided to just email corporate and give up. It sort of ruined my evening since I am late and that was my one chance at food before I leave. Now I won't eat until 3 am and it's Papa Johns fault and I sure as hell will never attempt to eat from this location again. What a bunch of unprofessional losers. Read morePapa John's has been our favourite pizza for quite some time now. But this particular location and our experiences with them has prompted me to write my first ever google review. They are beyond excellent! We are vegan and requesting a cheeseless pizza always gets a few weird looks and back in Ohio was hardly understood at all. Not only do they not mess up our order (ever, seriously, we've ordered about 10 times since we've been out here and it's always on point) but they will even put my vegan (dayia) cheese on it for us. You really don't know what this means to me! Yesterday, we ordered bc the Rockies won and that gave us half off our order, but they were also running a deal that gives you a free pizza the next day. I was unaware that i needed to actually put the code in on that order. No problem!! I gave them a call and explained what happened and the manager put my free pizza order in right away. Read moreSeriously poorly managed. I came in to check my online order they didn’t receive (which I was charged for). I tried calling the location but the phone doesn’t connect or work. Once I got there I showed them I was charged from my account and they still proceeded to charge me for a second pizza because they didn’t receive the order and there phones weren’t working.
I paid for another pizza and decided to just dispute the transaction thru my bank.
While I was waiting I witnessed 4 other people come in with the same issue. 3 people left rightfully so.
4 door dash drives coming in for the same customer and no solution from the staff or changing status on that order
With the staff well aware they were having phone and internet problems not once once it relayed to anyone of power to resolve the issue.
Losing out on so much money, poor poor managing how do you expect to get the majority of your business if both phone and internet is faulting.
Always good food, just POORLY ran location.
