10 piece Chicken McNuggets & Cheeseburger- My, how times have changed! Supposedly 100% chicken breast, my senses tell me mechanically separated chicken with who knows what? I loved these as a kid, where I'd eat the breading first, then the chicken. Always with BBQ sauce. Now, my palate has become much more refined, and I managed to finish the 10 McNuggets, with neither delight or enjoyment.
The classic cheeseburger was more palatable fare. Removing one of the buns prior to consuming, the cheeseburger brought back memories of Happy Meals and quick eats. I recall my parents removing the pickles from their burgers, and giving them to me, which I happily gobbled up. Hey, I love pickles! A nice trip down memory lane, especially when free from redeeming points on the app.
Service was good. The young woman behind the register had to execute 2 separate orders, and I soon had my meal. Plenty of seating inside, there was trash on quite a few tables, needing a good cleaning. This McDonald's has a drive-thru. I usually park at the Starbucks & The Buffalo Spot, as it's easier to access from/to Del Amo Blvd.
It's McDonald's. You already know what you're going to get. Kudos to Ronald Piazza for his success story, and to all his diligent work with the community. I rarely visit McDonald's, save for a satiation for a Sausage McMuffin w/ egg fix, but I can think of a countless number of eateries I'd rather visit first. However, if you like Mickie D's, then I'd recommend visiting...
Read moreI visited this location in the late evening and had the worst possible experience. I ordered and paid on the kiosk at exactly 6:15pm. After waiting 15 minutes later I said enough is enough. This is supposed to be a "fast food" restaurant! I walk over to the counter and ask the so called "manager" to check on my order since it had been 15 minutes since I ordered. She said nothing and walked away with my receipt as I looked at her check her monitor where the orders transmit I heard her say "we don't have your order". She then proceeded to get my order together 5 minutes later she sends another employee to give me my order. I asked the employee to call the manager over so I can speak to her and I can hear her tell him"I'm busy right now". He then proceeded to ask what I believe was a "supervisor" if she could go over and speak to me since the "manager "didn't want to do it. When she came over I asked what had happened with the delay of my order and she told me that there was probably other complicated orders that they were working on and they didn't "purposely ignore" my order. So I told her that was not the case because the manager clearly stated she didn't have my order on her monitor and never once did I say that they "purposely ignored" my order. I told her that if there was an issue with the kiosk not transmitting the order they should have the issue fixed to not be an inconvenience to others as it was for myself. She offered no apology for the 20 minutes waited to receive my order. This establishment is lacking leadership and needs new management that are willimg to take accountability for mistake and not make excuses and saying "we didn't choose to ignore you". As a customer you should never hear that form a so called supervisor. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for avoid...
Read moreAt about 6:15 AM on a Thursday June 5th 2025 I pulled into the McDonald’s was going to go through the drive-through. My small child had to use the restroom. We parked the car. I walked inside. They had the yellow cones up, but the floor was completely dry. There was no one around. I moved one of the cones we ran into that Women’s restroom. The floors were completely dry even in the restroom you can tell the cleaning was done fully stocked with toilet paper it was very clean. We use the restroom real fast was finished walking out. I was about to apologize as I see an employee, older man, large man Yelling at me saying the bathrooms are closed. The bathrooms are closed. I said before I could even say anything to him he continued to scold me for using the restroom. I thought that was completely uncalled for totally unprofessional. The only reason why I’m writing this is because of his attitude someone needs to talk to this employee, and I think you know who it is it’s an older man believe he had a mustache Gray hair very rude extremely rude I tried to apologize. He just kept saying they are CLOSED One of the employees was in the restroom when my daughter and I were in there how I figured that out as I waited in the car to see who came out of the bathroom because he was standing by that bathroom door, he had a few words with the employee, someone needs to talk to this person there’s no reason for him to go crazy about a customer using a restroom when I knew the floors were dry completely dry or I would not have...
