McDonald's — Restaurant in Lakewood

Went to this location before closing for the drive thru teller to say they were closed and it wasn’t even 11 yet .. I asked them what time they closed and she told me to hold on a second & came back to tell me they closed early because they were short staff .. I said that’s crazy .. i asked if they can tell me what mc Donald’s is open and referred me to the one on del amo and Lakewood .. I noticed the amount of cars parked and I pulled up to the second window to find 5-6 employees standing there & a couple of them looked my direction .. I called this morning to ask for a manager ( Vereria ) said she can help me I than explained what took place the night before and the closing manager happened to be working .. Vereria asked the night time manager if they closed early last night and her response was NO that I must’ve come Saturday I said no I have a receipt with a time stamp the one they referred me to and I informed the manager at the other location what happened and he told me they should’ve been able to serve me .. I called corporate to inform them that one of their locations is making up their own hours and what made me mad is the amount of employees I seen for them to tell me they were short staff .. the teller over the intercom couldn’t even say what time they closed and than for Maria ( the closing manager ) to say they didn’t close early like I was...

The worse McDonald's I had three bad experiences in my local McDonald's one time on the drive thru I ordered 3 breakfast deluxe when I got home I pulled the food from the bag and they didn't put the bun then in another case we went dine in and I ordered to eat in and we waited for our order the we heard the number I went and I saw 2 bags of food so I expected my food in a tray and I didn't see the tray with a number they were very busy so the girl called my number right in front of me so I showed my ticket to the girl and she grabbed the bag and said with a bad attitude "your order is here" and threw it on the counter so I explained her that I didn't know that that was my order since my order was to eat in so the girl got mad pulled the bag and threw all the items on a tray then we went to a table and they forgot the drinks so I went back and I asked for my cups and the girl said "ask her" meaning to ask the cashier and the cups were a few feet from her so I said why don't you pass me the cups since the cashier was busy and she just walked out so I ask for the manager and I complained about the bad attitude and I had to explained that the cashier made the mistake. I ordered an Inside Out 6 piece chicken nuggets Happy Meal with double fries and extra small Dr. Pepper using the mobile app. When I got to the speaker and advised that I was using the app, the attendant began quoting other orders codes until he got to mine. Why not just ask me to give you my code like the other restaurants? Then, when I got to the pay window, he only asked if I wanted a receipt for the order. I told him no, but then began wondering how anyone could have just claimed my order 🤔 with him working the drive thru. However, my meal was excellent. The nuggets were perfectly golden, crispy, hot, and juicy. The fries were also fresh and salted perfectly. There is no stale oil taste here. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. My Dr. Pepper was sweet and strongly carbonated with the perfect amount of ice. Thank you for my Fear toy from the movie...
