I left my review from before in here because I want to show the difference in the gap of time that's changed. The hours are sloppy some days never open some days closing earlier than normal maybe they are short staffed I don't know but it's honestly the lack of portions you get now bulgolgi is literally two bites of meat and your lucky to even get meat in the soup I'm honestly let down from here lately and I don't know if I will come back

I've been coming here for years atleast 12 or more. Hands down best jiggae I've had in forever. I used to live in Korea and finding places to compare will never exist but if I want comfort jiggae this will always be my first choice. Portions did get smaller for example bulgolgi is more veggie than meat so I just stick to jiggae there now which is why 4 stars instead of 5 because you pay the same for alot alot less. Other than that it's my top Korean...

First time I ordered something from this restaurant which was yukgaejang. There weren't a lot of customers probably because my mom and I came about an hour before they closed but nonetheless, the food we ordered was served to us quickly. The yukgaejang was very warm, slightly spicy which I like, and delicious. A little pricey (it was $16 I believe?) but the portion was big, keeping me super full in the end, and the banchan complimented the yukgaejang nicely. Also, the lady who served the food to me and my mom was kind enough to let us take our time to finish eating just when the restaurant was closing. Though I am a little worried after reading these low rated reviews of the other foods and their portion sizes on the menu from different customers but I will stay neutral for now until I try them next time. So...

The worst pork bone soup I've ever had. Never will this restaurant ever get any of my money again. Why have a restaurant if your gonna cook this way. (Thanks for responding) Seems like you used ramen seasoning for our soup base. It was horrible. It was good years ago but now its so bad. Such a negative owner who can't take criticism. Now I see why when we eat at the Chinese restaurant next door you have little to no customers. You can eat gamjatang at any other korean restaurant on South Tacoma way and they all taste similar. Your soup base wasn't even close....

This was some GREAT Korean food. They are most notably known for their Kimchi soup. My Korean friend’s father, a self-proclaimed Kimchi soup snob, was quoted as saying, “this may be the best Kimchi soup I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a LOT of Kimchi soup.” We’ve also tried their spicy beef stew and beef soup, both of which are very good. Such an unassuming restaurant for how good their food is and how delightfully friendly their service can be. Only problem with this restaurant is - they’re not open enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place use to be my favorite spot, the food is great however over the last 2 years the portions got substantially smaller and they put less and less meat but more and more onions. The price just doesn't justify that little of meat. Unfortunately I'll have to change places to get spices pork, hopefully they fix it and go back to how it used to be. Picture of how it came and how much onions left after I ate. I ate some of the onions so there was more but why did they go down hill so bad....

I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi for takeout. I paid around $19.76, which included a scoop of rice and some banchan. It felt very light for what I paid. I weighed the spicy pork, and it weighed 9.4 ounces. It seemed like it had more onions than pork. Should call it spicy onion. Also, it was barely spicy and not really good. I also had spicy chicken from here before, and it wasn't good back then, too. I don't know how they stay in business.
