I come to this Starbucks almost everyday and have a poor experience .. the reason I keep coming is cause it's conveniently located outside the military base where I live .. every time I come the staff is rude and the drinks taste different .. I usually get the worst experience on Sundays afternoons .. one time I ordered dragon drink and it tasted super sour like it's been contaminated and I called the store because I already had left and they said ok if you don't like how we make it go to another store ... like be Foreal .... Today I went for the new midnight drink and had got my wisdom teeth out recently and I had mobile order it but there was no button on the app that said to remove the inclusion (fruit pieces) and I asked if they could not put it in the drink and the lady was like we already made it and I said ok well please remake it I can't risk having the fruit pieces getting stuck to where I had my wisdom teeth removed.. and she said next time order that on the app .. I pulled to the window and asked her to show me where it is on the app and she put her hand out and ignored me .. this is ridiculous and non professional. The fact that this is located right outside the military base where most active duty members and spouses go and they...
Read moreThe service and the drink were both good. But it's always that 30 seconds to one minute between the time I pay and the the time I receive my order that I dread, because the guy or girl at the window always feels the need to ask what my plans are for the day. This case it was a guy, and the day was already mostly over. I am sure the employees are told by management to engage their customers. Seems like some are genuinely interested and some ask only because they are told to and they don't actually care. It was apparent that this guy didn't actually care. But that isn't the main complaint. The main complaint is to the management: stop telling your employees to make it a point to engage the customers. I would rather sit in silence than feel compelled to explain my ((boring)) plans for my day to someone who obviously doesn't actually care. And in this case, I was eating a snack. I was mid bite when the guy asked about my plans fkr the day that was already mostly over. Dude, you can see I was mid-bite. No need to engage in a conversation with me. Like I said, other than that, good service...
Read moreI usually have great experiences at this Starbucks, but I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit on 7/26 at 3:13 PM. My husband and I placed a mobile order just a few minutes before arriving. We understand that doesn’t give much time, and we weren’t expecting the drink to be ready right away.
When we got to the window, I was polite and didn’t express any frustration. However, the barista said, “For future reference, you should give us extra time to work on your drink before showing up,” in a very rude tone. I understood the message, but the way it was delivered felt uncalled for and unprofessional.
What really made the interaction uncomfortable was how she kept giving me death stares while we waited for the drink to be made. I hadn’t said anything rude or acted upset, so it felt unnecessary and honestly made the experience feel hostile.
I know working in customer service can be stressful, and I truly wasn’t trying to make anyone’s job harder, but a little kindness and grace can really...
