It’s a shame I can’t give zero stars. I order online six sandwiches. I showed up five minutes early than the time I was told my order would be ready to find that there was only one employee working. He was working on another order while mine hadn’t even been started which is ok with one employee which I don’t understand why only one employee on a Monday at 6pm. This employee was obviously not happy to be working as he was slamming the bread door every time he opened it. Had to go to the back a couple times and slammed that door not to mention other than looking at me I received no greeting at all. When he finally got to my order another customer came in and went directly to the counter. The employee greeted him rudely with a “dude it’s gonna be a while”. After the app said my order would be ready at 6:20pm I got my sandwiches at 6:45pm. When I got home there was no receipt, all but one sandwich was wrong and even the one that was correct was on stale bread with hardly any meat on it. Needless to say Subway needs to reevaluate it’s staffing and probably their hiring procedures. Even when I called to say something regarding my order being completely wrong no one answered the phone. Very disappointed that even trying to go out to eat has become a horrible experience. I guess it’s adding various meats to my grocery list to do my own version on Subway as I won’t be going back anytime soon. Read moreThey need help here. The workers move at a very slow rate. They need to hire more people or something. Two sandwiches being made takes 20+ minutes. Now there’s a build up of 7 people waiting. I check and the lady made the wrong order and my wait is extended now extended to 25min. The lady here is totally lost. The other people have been waiting for their order and it’s been sitting on the shelf the entire time while they make other peoples sandwiches. They could’ve left a while ago.
Update - 12/7/23 They’re doing a lot better now. Sweet ladies who are so nice are getting it done. Orders are ready now for pickup. The only thing that needs fixing is the bags they come in. They need stronger bags or use multiple bags instead of overloading the bag if there’s a lot of items. Other than that great job!
Update - 6/27/24 Order was suppose to be ready by 210pm it got pushed back to 215pm. I come in I had to grab my own chips and drinks. Make sure corrections are made. Make sure workers are on point. Service wise and product knowledge wise. I ordered a sprite bottle but I’m forced to take a sprite fountain drink. So I had to pay for another bottle of sprite.
