Glory Days Sports Grill — Restaurant in Lakewood

On about November 15, 2012 at around 6:30 pm my friend went into the Glory Days restaurant to have a hamburger and fries and was treated with severe brutalitaly and disrespect by one of the male server/waiter that claimed to be the manager. Upon completion of his meal my friend requested to have an itemized bill of the food, i.e., lemonade, french fries, and hamburger with the estimated total. The server called my friend a fuc* idiot. The sever returned to the table several times and repeated this profanity. The server then came back and at least three inches from the face of my friend shouted fuc* idiot. My friend eventually requested the manager and the server reponded that he was the manager. My friend then called 911 for the sheriff department. The server returned again and pulled the chair and table away from the table where he was seated and threatened to throw him out of the restaurant. My friend made a second call to the sheriff department and they arrived shortly. Upon the arrival of the sheriff, the Seargent called the server outside of the restaurant and asked him to apologize for his bad conduct, he refused and the seargent stated that my friend did not have to pay for the food. We took our kids here on a whim after reading other glowing reviews of this restaurant. I don't get it. The food is ok, atmosphere is ok, service is ok. For 4 of us it cost over $70. We ordered a burger (split), basket of fries and onion rings, a cheese pizza and a slider plate for the kids (no kids menu but there are "kid friendly" options). The burgers were pretty good, no complaints about that, but the pizza tasted like a microwave pizza and looked like a one armed orangutan cut it. Horrible. One thing that I thought was odd is they don't have a soda fountain? We got iced tea in a can. And they had juice boxes for the kids to drink. The staff was nice enough and attentive. I honestly think that this place is owned by KKK. Came in with my buddy and we experienced the rudest service ever and only after for other customers order chicken wings after us they receive their orders before us. I felt like we were treated like criminals the entire time I was here even when I ask for a different cheese on my hamburger other than the American cheese she wanted to charge me extra for it. Everybody in the entire establishment is white with blonde hair or red hair and blue eyes. I noticed a ton of law enforcement as well, and I also noticed that all the non whites were treated with disrespect.
