This place has really went downhill; I would frequently eat here when I would work at Burlington for lunch and I was able to order a bowl with chicken and chow mein and suddenly your not able to order said item in a bowl you must order a plate.
First and foremost where are you ever served an ENTIRE plate of one single entree, last time I checked when you order a plate you are offered two choices and a side.
When I spoke to whom took my order I was told that I am not able to do that yet I had the expectation I would be served an actual meal not just the leftovers of the day; the chicken had veins in every other bite and was lacking in flavor I felt like I was eating unseasoned chicken and the only comfort it brought was the sauce I was unable to finish the (If you would call it a meal) meal because frankly I don’t know anyone who wants to eat an entire platter of distasteful chicken.
And being offered Chow mein in such a dinky small box is a slap in the face; I paid 35.83 to receive a giant platter of chicken and a couple bites of chow mein.
It seems like I was literally given the remainder of the food for the day to make up for their lack in income which is deserved for the service provided.
I would refrain from going here or placing any online orders unless you want to meet the same fate I could have spent the same amount at a nearby restaurant and left feeling like my money was worth it.
Either the management is trying to rip off the public or have grown lazy in their ways never coming...
Read moreSomething ain't right with the chicken or if its even chicken. I asked for teriyaki chicken and when the girl pulled out the piece to chop, i almost didn't pay attention and had to do a double take because i thought it looked like a toy rubber chicken lol she chopped it up fast so I thought I was tripping. But then when I got back to my job and started eating, the texture was off and I was looking at the piece I just bit and chicken had segment lines. I dont know how to explain it but I know chicken does not look like that. My husband got teriyaki chicken from another place (panda wok) and his chicken looked normal and I immediately was like dragon garden is not serving chicken and I ain't ever going back there lol Rather drive the mile and go to panda wok. Never had an issue there before. The texture was off. I should have taken a picture but I was creeped out...
Read moreThey know me and they know my order here and I only come maybe once a month! But I love that my order is recognized over the phone and when I walk in the door he says my order is ready! I love Dragon Garden! The rice noodle chow mein with shrimp is my favorite! It's easy on my stomach. I also like the shrimp fried rice. Shrimp egg foo young. BBQ pork, chow mein, orange chicken and the coconut shrimp! I don't even care for Panda Express and haven't for years! This location is closest to home, but I used to go to the East Lancaster one and worked near the one in Palmdale off of 10th West! If this location weren't here, I'd still go out of my...
