If i could leave no stars i would. This will be the 4th time i have gone into this location and received the WORST customer service i have ever come across. Let me lay it out for you. The young girl that works there needs to go back to elementary school and learn how to multitask. She can not take an order with more than a single item. Be sure to order one thing. Let her finish that order. Then ask for your second. And so on. And thats IF she even gets your order right assuming her ears and brain are connected and she listened to what YOU actually ordered. She will ask you what you would like to order and she will wait for you to tell her your whole order before moving an inch. After you give her your order she gets to work. That all seems fine so far but heres the problem. She cant remember anything you told her beyond the first thing you ordered. I wouldnt be surprised if she needs a reminder set on her phone to remember her own name throughout the day. She will start making random stuff that we did not even order like shes in her own world and imagining different orders or something. And every single time she goes to make something the older lady has to shadow over her constantly telling her what to do. How to make it. Reminding her how to work. Thats fine when you are training but how long does training last at this place? Its been almost a whole year since my first horrible experience with them. Ive asked for hot cheetos with cheese and jalepinos which if you are an average human being who has gone through grade school would understand thats a simple meal to make and yet every time i have to watch them like a hawk and catch them forgetting the jalepinos or cheese every time. They will also ask you if you want it in the bag or in a box. I ask for a box every time and the young one and older lady will leave it in the bag and put the bag in the box. Ive ordered a strawberry smoothie and the young chick gave us some strawberry cream thing. And when we went to check out and i pointed out her mistake the girl looked at the old lady dumbfounded. Like it was our fault this girl doesnt know how to listen and take an order properly. They did not make us a new one and just went to the back and blended the thing they made originally. Read moreThis is by far the worst customer service I have received from any vendor. Both, the older lady and the young female in that shop are very rude, especially the young woman who claimed to be the owner when I asked for her name. Which by the way she refused to provide it. I went in there with my family, 2 children and my spouse. I had to stay outside because with me was my little puppy who couldn't go in there for obvious reasons, no problem. As the kids ordered their treats, the older lady refused to give it to the kids because they items weren't paid for yet. Let me remind you I was outside, and I still had to order. When I went inside to pay, I explain to the young woman that the gentleman (who is also the owner) asked me to stay outside until I was ready to order. She obviously didn't care and all she wanted was for me to pay. I asked her why she wouldn't give the kids the ice cream, that they were kids, and they don't understand. She said, "you have to pay first, and this is a bigger world." obviously this woman doesn't understand childhood or really could care less about the customers need.
When you're dealing with clients you need to have a better attitude. I am not saying the "customer is always right", I am saying treat people with respect. You are running a business here, and you have a business because of customer that gladly go in there a buy your product. I do not recommend this place, not because of the quality of their food but because of the way they treat the clientele.
BY the way, by the time the kids got their ice cream most of it was melted or water down. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I noticed as this is my 2nd time that this lady is very much friendly to others but me as an African American she’s seems to be very rude and ready for me to get out her business. Today I went and she seem very frustrated with me I noticed she asked everyone else did they want it to go or for here. But she did not give me that option she packed my bag and gave me my things and as I was getting ready to grab my things because I had stepped back so I wouldn’t get in the other customer way she tells the other customer she’s ok and hands me my things over this woman.
