This is the Walmart on Valley Central Way. We started shopping here when this store first opened. It really was a nice store for about 7 years. But then they appeared to give up, and say we don't care about our customers any longer. It appeared to be the higher management. If you don't hire good management and treat your employee's with respect, your store will start showing it. The shelves are empty of items the customers are used to buying every week. The bathrooms are very unsanitary. I would say 2 out of 3 times of visiting that store, you have to find a manager to let them know that the bathroom is horrible! There has been two different instances where the cashier forgot to put an item in our cart. I went back to the store and was told, you got your item, we looked on the camera and it showed that you recieved your item. The items were both from electronics and had to be removed from the box that they came in. The second time it happened I requested to view the film. They refused me and said take it up with Corp. Read moreValley Central basically puts you smack dab in the middle of a lot of stores so that you can pretty much get anything you need. Whether you need Walmart's affordable prices on a variety of items at the Supercenter, general grocery items from Foods 4 Less, or something special for a pet at Petco (including their nail cutting/grinding services), a new computer/laptop or tech advice and tech services (along with a great selection of high end chairs, basic office supplies, printers, etc.) from Staples, some cheap toys, games or decorations from the 99 Cents Only or 5° Below, a change of tires at Americas Tires, a caffeine boost from Starbucks, or a nice dinner at Black Angus (or McDonalds) and a movie at Cinemark 12, they've got you covered. When you add a Chuck-E-Cheese, a Sprint service store, a party store (I believe Party City), a dental office, and a few places I'm not remembering, you can basically get whatever you need here. . Definitely a One-Stop Shopping Center on two different sides...
Read moreI went there because my sister needed to. I will go and spend MORE MONEY to shop anywhere else than Walmart. They lock everything up and if you need something they are completely rude sometimes they make you wait 20 minutes and if you're upset about it they do the whole millennial thing while I just don't have to help you then you're treated absolutely horrible there and I spend more money going to places like Target and Costco and things like that so that I can stay away from Walmart I stay away from Walmart at all costs now I am tired of being treated like trash and having to wait and wait and wait for them to open up shelves for baby formula and for razors and for female intimacies and for beauty products and the list goes on and on they're putting more and more and more behind closed glass closed lock glass and they don't even have anybody to unlock it and then if you get upset they just say they don't have to help...
